Mark has taken very good care of us. We ordered a Range Rover, the whole process was very smooth. Mark keeps everything happening just like scheduled. He even helped to contact the insurance broker to make sure nothing goes wrong, which is very helpful to us. And I like the way Mark writes down important information on his note book.

I just had the best handover experience with Conor Vard at Spirit Motors. I was blown away by absolutely everything. The car is obviously amazing, but the whole lead-up was efficient and easy. Conor managed to fast forward the order somehow, he kept me posted throughout and the car was delivered perfectly on time. The handover in that spectacular showroom was super special and quite a big deal I have to say. The car was beautifully presented (you had to be there to understand). Plenty of time was spent explaining all the tech and going through my questions - to have that time dedicated to post sale is so helpful. Conor has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the product which is also great for post purchase calls re obscure tech items. Honestly that is the best car buying experience I have ever had.
