He arranged a test drive, spoke about the benefits, reassured me regarding any queries and arranged finance through his colleague Stephen. He arranged the paperwork without hiccup and the overall transaction was smooth. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. When collecting the car, it was beautifully presented, fully charged and set aside in its own room, something I would have expected of a more worthy new car rather than secondhand which I bought. Mate talked me through the features of the car, set me up with the Land Rover App and even provided beautiful flowers to the delight of my wife.
