Absolutely disgraceful from start to finish I had ford focus 221 OY 779 black ford focus that’s back up for sale now on the website which had new engine changed in it blow up on us was left without car for 12 weeks and no help from this garage when I got solicitor den they give us car den had change to 231 car and the gear box went on it first week we had it home stay away from this garage and that car 221 OY 779 I had young family and this car nearly went up in flames locking my wife in it and couldn’t get out we were out nearly €900 on different cars den stay away from this garage and that car it’s death trap

Over all a fantastic experience in Sheils Galway. I am a happy ower of a ford focus now. I dealt with Thomas Devaney at the dealership. On arrival he greeted me and made me feel welcome, we went over what I would be interested in but i wasn't sure, I was a little nervous, this was due to not having the best experience at other dealerships this was because I felt I was being pushed into buying a car. With Thomas it was very different. He took his time showing me different cars, and test drove a few different ones. The dealership was busy at the time but never felt I was being rushed or he was trying to move on to the next customer at any stage. During the whole process Thomas kept me informed with everything. Once I picked the car up I notice a few things that needed to be done, Thomas agreed and was sent of for this work to be done. I was given a like for like courtesy car while the work that needed to be done was being done. I would highly recommend Thomas his insight and knowledge on cars was very obvious and his sales approach was genuine and what the customer wanted then just getting the sale. With a lovely friendly manner during all my dealings with him. I will be a returning customer in the future. I would highly recommend sheils Galway and Thomas Devaney.

I always deal with Shane Carroll when purchasing a car as does my husband. For years now, literally. Professional to the core, we have found Shane to have a no nonsense approach, no waffle, just good advice and fair dealings price wise. What more could you ask for. Ps there is actually one more thing. If you need him to follow up when the sale is done, our experience has been that he will.

I am in a process to buy an MG car from Sheils Galway, Dealing with Thomas, have to say the guy is gem of its kind of salesman and the dealer. They told me the car will come by 3 or 4 weeks when i booked, but at the end they came back stating there is some delays with it due to the color i booked, there is further delay of another 3 to 4 weeks, I told my situation about the need of the car and they were so kind to provide me a loan car to cover the delay. They are so good to deal with always greets with a smile. Specially Thomas no comments about the guy he is clear and frank. I have got a delivery date now so waiting for the delivery. How every it goes I am happy to deal with Sheils, cannot ask for a better dealer that them.
