I bought my car from Sheils just over a year ago. I was very happy at the time, with the service and customer care, but I’ve continued to experience great customer service since then, with a few things that were covered by their warranty. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sheils to anyone looking to buy a car. And I already know when the time comes, I’ll be buying my next car from them.

Over all a fantastic experience in Sheils Galway. I am a happy ower of a ford focus now. I dealt with Thomas Devaney at the dealership. On arrival he greeted me and made me feel welcome, we went over what I would be interested in but i wasn't sure, I was a little nervous, this was due to not having the best experience at other dealerships this was because I felt I was being pushed into buying a car. With Thomas it was very different. He took his time showing me different cars, and test drove a few different ones. The dealership was busy at the time but never felt I was being rushed or he was trying to move on to the next customer at any stage. During the whole process Thomas kept me informed with everything. Once I picked the car up I notice a few things that needed to be done, Thomas agreed and was sent of for this work to be done. I was given a like for like courtesy car while the work that needed to be done was being done. I would highly recommend Thomas his insight and knowledge on cars was very obvious and his sales approach was genuine and what the customer wanted then just getting the sale. With a lovely friendly manner during all my dealings with him. I will be a returning customer in the future. I would highly recommend sheils Galway and Thomas Devaney.

We had a great experience with Sheils. Not having English as our first language was a bit of a challenge when buying. But Thomas had all the patience to explain all what we asked until we understood. Thomas has always treated us very well. The Van was ready to pick up on the day Thomas have said. I couldn’t recommend it enough. Great customer service.

Service done on a timely basis. The staff are always amazingly friendly. One offered me an umbrella as I was going away after leaving my car. One issue is always the cost. I expect that they are not much more expensive than others.
