Great mechanic and fantastic service all together. They worked on my car when noone else would even attempt to have a look at it! Very reasonable too. Overall, very pleasant business to deal with. Receptionist was also so nice which is much appreciated!

Totally satisfied with Ryan & Brien Motors. From the moment I arrived into the premises everything felt right. All staff were helpful and gave me enough time. No fuss, no airs and graces. Just genuine people with a very strong personal touch. This is the 2nd car I’ve bought and the attention to detail by Eric has been superb. Every step in buying the car was thorough, friendly and enjoyable. He dealt with any after sales issues rapidly and in a highly professional manner. Hi there, I wanted to share my recent experience at this garage, as I believe it's important to provide feedback in order to improve the overall customer experience. Upon arriving to drop off my car for servicing, I encountered a situation that left me disappointed. There was no receptionist present, and another customer informed me that the receptionist had stepped away. While I didn't mind waiting, my disappointment grew as the wait extended to about 15 minutes. Eventually, a kind older gentleman assisted me in signing my car in, which I appreciated. When it came time to collect my car, I received a bill of €360 for an oil change. While I understand the costs associated with such services, the price did strike me as a bit steep for an oil change. Adding to my disappointment was the fact that my car hadn't been washed, a gesture I've come to expect after servicing at various garages. Furthermore, during payment, I was informed that my reverse LED light wasn't functioning. I acknowledged this fact, assuming that the light had been replaced during the service. However, upon getting into my car and putting it in reverse, I found that the light was still nonoperational. Returning to the reception, I inquired about the light and was met with an unhelpful attitude. The receptionist indicated that they would need to ascertain the cost of the LED light replacement and was generally uncommunicative. My concern lies with a few key points: 1. Why wasn't I informed about the non-functioning light via a phone call? 2. Why wasn't I offered the option to replace the light, with an associated cost? 3. Why was this issue not immediately addressed upon discovery? The exchange with the receptionist left much to be desired in terms of customer service. A more courteous and informative approach would have gone a long way in mitigating my disappointment. I believe that investing in customer service training for your receptionist would significantly enhance the overall experience for customers. While I initially chose your service center based on its positive reputation on Google, my recent encounter has left me skeptical. Despite the 5-star reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory, and regrettably, I cannot foresee myself returning in the near future. I hope that my feedback contributes to the ongoing improvement of your services.
