Upon reaching out to Ryan for assistance, he promptly referred me to Keith, the warranty coordinator. Unfortunately, Keith informed me that an inspection could not be scheduled for two weeks. In response to this inconvenience, the dealership took back my car and provided me with a suitable replacement vehicle during this interim period. True to their commitment, I received my Mercedes back in excellent condition after it underwent necessary repairs including a new battery and software update. Additionally, I appreciated the timely delivery of the logbook within a week of purchase and found that my inquiries were consistently addressed via phone or WhatsApp communication. Despite initial reservations influenced by mixed reviews about the dealership's service efficiency, I found their staff to be remarkably helpful amidst their busy schedule. This experience has left me feeling confident in my decision to engage with R. Neary dealership again in the future. My willingness to proceed despite apprehensions proved rewarding; I have no regrets regarding my choice. 😊

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with R Neary Motors. I put a deposit down on a 132-D-7727 Ford Focus, with Derek the salesman, who assured me the car would be ready in three days. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. The car was consistently not ready, and communication from Derek was sporadic at best. Each time I managed to get in touch, I was given the same excuse that the car would be ready the following day, which never happened. After several days without a car, they provided me with a temporary vehicle 171-D-22010, but only after I was required to pay the full amount. The lack of communication continued, and I found myself having to constantly chase them for updates. After 11 days of this frustrating back-and-forth, I requested a refund. Ryan Neary was exceptionally rude and unprofessional during this process. I did not receive my refund easily and it took over 5 days of chasing him to receive it. In my experience, both Derek and Ryan were highly unprofessional, uncommunicative, and misleading. If you are considering doing business with Ryan Neary Motors, I strongly advise you to reconsider. There are numerous negative reviews online that reflect similar experiences. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership if possible.

I just want to say thank you so muck Derek in Neary Motors just bought a van off him. Couldn't be happier. Couldn't do enough for use and made sure everything was right and done perfectly. His a man of his word and so nice and helpful. Nothing too much bothers. He had everything right down to the paperwork. Will definitely return to buy again when the time comes . I can't thank Derek and he's team for everything they have done . Great team . Amazing place to deal with from start to finish.

Stumbled across R Neary motors while searching every site in search for the right car. Seen a Tuscon on their website that looked immaculate i was obsessed from the second i seen it and knew it was the one i wanted. I was hesitant to take the trip down to wexford because when i looked at the reviews on google almost all were negative?? I took a chance and drove the 1hr and 10min drive down to view the Tuscon and met a guy called Derek he couldn't have been any nicer/ more accommodating he didn't try and force a sale gave good briefings on the motor and gave us time to decide while we test drove it. He was reassuring and helpful and i put a deposit down the same day. I collected the car the following day and could not be any more happier with it!! 😎 the reason i am leaving a review is that based off my experience I learned that people must only leave negative reviews. And honestly i can’t recommend this garage enough! I will definitely be back down thanks for making my experience a good one Derek and all at R Neary Motors. Jamie.
