I recently purchased a car from here with Ryan , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They answered all my questions, gave honest advice, and made sure the car was in excellent condition before handing it over. I really appreciated the transparent communication and no-pressure sales approach. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable car and great customer service!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with R Neary Motors. I put a deposit down on a 132-D-7727 Ford Focus, with Derek the salesman, who assured me the car would be ready in three days. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. The car was consistently not ready, and communication from Derek was sporadic at best. Each time I managed to get in touch, I was given the same excuse that the car would be ready the following day, which never happened. After several days without a car, they provided me with a temporary vehicle 171-D-22010, but only after I was required to pay the full amount. The lack of communication continued, and I found myself having to constantly chase them for updates. After 11 days of this frustrating back-and-forth, I requested a refund. Ryan Neary was exceptionally rude and unprofessional during this process. I did not receive my refund easily and it took over 5 days of chasing him to receive it. In my experience, both Derek and Ryan were highly unprofessional, uncommunicative, and misleading. If you are considering doing business with Ryan Neary Motors, I strongly advise you to reconsider. There are numerous negative reviews online that reflect similar experiences. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership if possible.

I came across R Neary motors while searching online for my new car. I took the spin down from Dublin to Wexford to view it. There was a tear in the driver seat, tyres weren't great and alloys were scratched. I was told these would all be sorted and the NCT would be fresh. I went for it as I loved it after the test drive and put the deposit down. When I came back the next week everything had been sorted and alloy even better then before as they were the same grey colour as the car. The car was like new after all the work and its an 8 year old. I was delighted and paid the rest. Log book came after a week or so. I have read the bad reviews but my experience was nothing like them and I am happy with it all.

Stumbled across R Neary motors while searching every site in search for the right car. Seen a Tuscon on their website that looked immaculate i was obsessed from the second i seen it and knew it was the one i wanted. I was hesitant to take the trip down to wexford because when i looked at the reviews on google almost all were negative?? I took a chance and drove the 1hr and 10min drive down to view the Tuscon and met a guy called Derek he couldn't have been any nicer/ more accommodating he didn't try and force a sale gave good briefings on the motor and gave us time to decide while we test drove it. He was reassuring and helpful and i put a deposit down the same day. I collected the car the following day and could not be any more happier with it!! 😎 the reason i am leaving a review is that based off my experience I learned that people must only leave negative reviews. And honestly i can’t recommend this garage enough! I will definitely be back down thanks for making my experience a good one Derek and all at R Neary Motors. Jamie.

I bought my SEAT from Neary Motors recently. My bar was very high in terms of good value, low milage, reliability and after sales care. It has been hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. From the point of sale, with Derek looking after me and delivering a spotless, fully serviced car to my doorstep, to the EXCELLENT after sales care by Keith at warranty and Ryan Neary at the helm. Nothing has been a problem and the Neary team has gone the extra mile, to ensure that my experience has been completely stressfree. This was important to me as I had a very bad experience with a Wicklow garage, prior to this, leaving me high and dry and without a car. I can't recommend these guys enough hand-on heart, such a great customer experience from start to finnish. Thank You! 🌻 Anna
