Just collected our car yesterday from Danielle in prestige autos. Can honestly say it’s probably been the best experience I’ve ever had in regards to a car purchase. Danielle was very helpful from the get go and was very understanding when there was a few hiccups on our end which we really appreciated. The car is immaculate, customer service was amazing noting was too much and everything was in order ready for us. Honestly can’t recommend prestige enough.
I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Prestige Autos. After reaching out with genuine interest and inquiries about their offerings, I was repeatedly left without any proper response or follow-up. It became clear that customer engagement is not a priority for them. What’s most concerning is the lack of basic courtesy and communication. It felt as though my questions and interest were completely disregarded. This is not the experience one expects when considering a significant purchase such as a vehicle. From my experience, Prestige Autos appears to be more focused on profit than on building trust or providing quality service. Their approach to customer care is poor at best, and frankly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to AVOID this dealership. Good service should come with the sale, not just end at the transaction. Unfortunately, this garage does not reflect that standard.
I bought my car from here and overall, the experience was smooth. The team was helpful throughout the process. Paperwork, delivery, everything went as expected. However, I noticed that all 4 tyres, including the spare, were from 2014. When I called them initially about it, they refused to replace them. After further negotiation, they agreed to change the tyres free of charge. I brought the car to Red Cow Tyres, Dublin, and they replaced all 4 tyres at no cost. Even though the new tyres were basic Chinese ones, they were 2025 manufactured. So definitely safer and more reliable. Till today, the car has been running well. No major issues so far. Realistic experience. Some hiccups, but they sorted it out in the end.
I bought a car here last week from Dean. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the cars he had in stock and was able to answer all of my many questions on several different vehicles. Dean is a great salesperson and was not pushy. Dean was a pleasure to deal with, I look forward to dealing with him in the future!
Brilliant service. Bought a car from Danielle last week. She had everything, including registering car and NCT, ready in a day and made the process very easy. Quick to respond to any queries I had about car this week which is very much appreciated.
