I recently dealt with Philip regarding the 330e I was interested of buying, I couldn’t ask for a better experience, the whole process went smoothly and I didn’t have anything to worry about, Philip was very helpful, respectful and very professional, the car was in perfect condition and I couldn’t be more happy with it. Extremely disappointing experience. The car was advertised online for €30,000 but changed to €31,000 when we arrived — dishonest from the start. The vehicle was dirty and had visible oil on the engine cover, raising serious concerns. When we tried to inspect it further — a basic part of any car check — the seller rudely shut the engine cover and told us to stop. When I asked him to calm down, he aggressively said, “You’re not gonna tell me what to do in my yard, you can leave.” This behavior was completely unprofessional, and it felt like he was trying to hide a mechanical issue. We also noticed an abnormal engine noise compared to other GLC220 we viewed that day. I wouldn’t trust this place with my money or time. If you’re looking for a serious dealership with transparency and respect for buyers, look elsewhere.
