I bought my 1st car off Andy back at the end of May this year and I have to say Andy and the staff were really great about everything. We had missed out on one Golf due to someone else getting there before us but he was regularly in contact and ended up getting us a better Golf and looked after us. Overall really happy experience. Will definitely be back in the future.

From the Tuesday morning when I first spoke with Patrick at Petersons to the Thursday afternoon when I drove my new car from his showroom, my experience was seamless. I was walked through the financial process with considerable ease,and nothing was difficult. Adjectives do not do the man justice. Superlatives are required. I have recently bought a car from Petersons garage. I have been dealing with Patrick. Patrick was a pleasure to deal with , not only a great salesman but a genuinely lovely guy. Any questions I had were answered in full. when I went to collect my car ,Patrick himself washed and shined it making sure the car was gleaming for my drive home. There was an issue with the mirror and Patrick took back my car and got it sorted with no extra cost to me. I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Patrick at the start of May this year - and I could not have asked for a nicer and more professional person to deal with - I bought a car from the same garage over 35 yrs ago - and while I have purchased cars since from other garages - it was a pleasure again dealing with this long established Dun Laoghaire firm.

Bought an Audi Q5 2 months ago, salesperson was very friendly and polite initially, then had a lot of trouble trying to get the car delivered as states on their website a service that they provided, they decided to drag it out until a week after purchase and now am chasing them up about the logbook which they are withholding from us. No more kindness or manners from the salesperson or no word from the manager even after written formal complaint, not to sure what there issue is. Many phonecalls no one there is interested in helping, as soon as they got their sale they weren’t being very nice afterwards.
