Avoid at all costs! Never buy from these people! If I could give zero stars, I would. A bunch of incompetent people. I bought a car from a car dealership and traded in my car. I went there on Monday, May 26th, to test drive their car and have them inspect my trade-in. I drove their car and was happy with it; they inspected my car and agreed on a valuation of €9,000. I left a €500 deposit to secure the car, and we agreed I would come on Thursday to leave my car and pay the remaining balance of €2,500. We signed a contract, and everything was fine. They called me today to tell me they ran a Cartell car check report on my trade-in and it showed damage, categorized as Cat D. I provided them with three additional reports showing no damage to my car, but they say my trade-in is no longer worth €9,000 but €6,000 and are seeking more money or want to cancel the deal. They threatened to involve the Gardaí. I had to go through all this hassle due to their incompetence. Also, when I came to pick up the car, it was still at the mechanic getting serviced. Unbelievable. The car was not valeted, I was promised that the scratches that could not be buffed would be touched up; that was never done. There is also no plastic engine cover. The car pulls to the right as well, and it needs wheel alignment. To make things even worse, they lost my cars log book I have filed a complaint with SIMI as well. NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Bought an Audi Q5 2 months ago, salesperson was very friendly and polite initially, then had a lot of trouble trying to get the car delivered as states on their website a service that they provided, they decided to drag it out until a week after purchase and now am chasing them up about the logbook which they are withholding from us. No more kindness or manners from the salesperson or no word from the manager even after written formal complaint, not to sure what there issue is. Many phonecalls no one there is interested in helping, as soon as they got their sale they weren’t being very nice afterwards.

I bought a car in very bad conditions, the car was worth 6 k and I had to spend more on it. 5/6 k, all the problems it had were checked as being checked, even the problems with the braking system, only one brake wheel within normal parameters
