I have used this dealer exclusively for all maintenance on a vehicle purchased from Hyundai since new. Despite the vehicle being a premium model for their range at the time, the service has been consistently amateur and, frankly, dangerous. I am fortunate to be mechanically minded; had I not been, I am certain many more issues would have been passed onto me unnoticed. For a vehicle driven by my family, I expect it to leave an authorized dealer in a safe, roadworthy condition—not the neglected state I have received multiple times. Major Safety & Service Failures: Life-Threatening Negligence: After a service, the car was returned with one wheel nut missing from every single wheel. Not one person in the department noticed they were handing a car back in this condition, yet I was still charged full price. Had I not noticed this and called it out, this was potentially an accident waiting to happen. Technical Incompetence: I requested a diagnosis for an AC leak with explicit instructions NOT to refill it. They ignored me, refilled it anyway, and charged an extortionate price for a "fix" that failed three more times. A third-party garage eventually resolved the issue on the first attempt. Substandard Workmanship: After a major gearbox and differential replacement, the car was returned making constant rubbing and bumping sounds—work I would expect from an untrained mechanic, not an authorized dealership. On another occasion, the steering wheel was returned misaligned by a full quarter turn, requiring me to sit and wait while they rectified a glaring error they should have caught before I arrived. Lack of Accountability: The shop lost the locking wheel nut key and blamed me for it, despite being the only garage to ever touch the tyres. They ended up having to break the locked nuts to remove the wheels. The attitude of the staff has been consistently rude and disrespectful, frequently resorting to gaslighting when confronted with their own mistakes. I have received zero support and barely an apology. I will never return and will be warning others to avoid this service centre also.
