Absolutely appalled by the service at Nyhan Motors. I reported a clutch issue twice — once during the first service, when I was told it wasn’t urgent, and again later when the clutch started sticking. I asked specifically for it to be checked because it was getting hard to press. I was told everything was fine, and there was “nothing to worry about.” Well, on 29.04.2025, the clutch failed completely — exactly what I feared. When I called on Wednesday 30.04 to ask for an update and request a replacement car (I have urgent hospital appointments and surgery coming up), I was told someone would “try to find something” and get back to me Thursday. I was also promised another update on Friday about the repair. At no point was I told they were closing for a long weekend. On Thursday, after hearing nothing, I rang again — only to get an automated message saying they’re closed until Tuesday. They knew this in advance, yet still promised to call. Completely unprofessional. Now I’m left with no car and a hospital appointment before they even reopen. Both my wife and I bought cars here — and this is how we’re treated when something actually goes wrong? No responsibility, no communication, no solution. Never again.

Stay Well Clear of this Dealer Purchased a 221 Kia Sportage from them only 7 weeks clutch Slave cylinder went in car broke down on side of road called them told me nothing they could do. That was not covered under warrenty. Absaloute disgrace will be taking the matter further.

We bought a used Sportage here in early April and Im still waiting to get the drivers door mirror replaced as it is faulty despite making numerous phone calls requesting the repair. The after sales service here is appalling, I won't be going back there again for our next car that's for sure.

We baught our first EV with Kia earlier this year and the process with Nyham was really positive. Love the car, it is amazing(EV9).We have since damaged the car (don't ask) but the service team have been really responsive in helping us with getting it fixed. Thank you all at Kia!

A rather disappointing experience with this dealership. Called on a Wednesday and booked a test drive of a specific car with Justin for the following Saturday. Arrived at the agreed time, only to be informed that the car was nowhere to be found—nor was there a clear understanding of where it might be. One theory floated was that a manager or owner had taken it for the weekend — on reflection, an interesting explanation, though not one that inspired much confidence in how prospective Nyhan Motors customers are valued, in my opinion. Justin was pleasant and friendly and offered a test drive in a “similar” car, but the whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Ultimately, a skip from us as potential customers of this outfit. Hopefully, the missing car turned up for any other interested buyers
