Have been dealing with the two lads, Noel and Colm for years, with the latest purchase a VW Golf mk 7 automatic, it's a beautiful car to drive and its in great condition, have it over 6 months and it's running super. The lads are very honest and brilliant to deal with, I would highly recommend them.

I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. I bought my car from them 2 years ago and their customer service is second to none. I had my car repaired in a garage in Dublin and when I got it back it just wasn’t right. I went back and forward for 8 months and they could not resolve the problem. I drove to Waterford today and Colm diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. The car I drove back was a much smoother car than I drove down. Worked with Colm to source and import a Honda Freed. Fantastic service each step of the way (from auction to import) to make sure I got exactly the car I wanted. Colm really went above and beyond to make the import happen and was an absolute gent throughout (even had presents in the car for the kids upon delivery!). Very knowledgeable about the entire import process and has a focus on quality - including having a liaison in Japan to inspect and certify the car before purchasing at auction. Couldn't be more pleased with the end result. The process take a while, but this is made clear up front and getting exactly what you want is well worth the wait. Colm was very clear and communicative throughout the process so I always knew right where we were at. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of a Japanese import going with Colm and Noel O'Keeffe.
