Found a beautiful and very well equipped Japanese import car at Naas Road Auto's and decided after some hesitation due to my inexperience with import cars to go ahead with the purchase. Leigh was very helpful with the whole process and we ironed out some niggles due to the car battery which was replaced on the spot. Having driven about a 1000kms now and very happy with the car.
Just want compliment Andrew Dempsey & naas road autos on an issue with my Nissan Narvara purchased in Dec 2023. My jeep had issues after 8 months warranty expired. Rang Andrew and he handled issues in a very courteous manner. I would definitely recommend naas road autos if buying a new or used vehicle especially for their after sales service and excellent customer service.
Got an audi a6 from this garage, everything positive about the pre sale experience and all the lads are great and easy to deal with. There was an issue with the car after I bought it but i brought it back and they fixed it without any hassle and it's perfect now a few weeks later. Would highly recommend for an easy stress free sale with peace of mind about what you're spending your money on.
Smooth viewing and purchasing process, helped by Suraj who was friendly and maintained good contact throughout. Staff were happy for an external inspector to check the car before we bought it and even commented favorably on the thoroughness of the inspection.
Disappointing Car Purchase Experience – Too Many Delays and Excuses To start, if I could rate this place at negative 10 stars, I absolutely would. I want to say that the car itself is great, and I've had no problems with it so far. However, the purchasing experience was a different story. The salesman Leigh assured me that the only thing needed was the NCT, which he said would be completed within 4 working days. However, after waiting patiently for those 4 days, I contacted him for an update, only to be told that the car wasn't ready yet. I ended up waiting another week before reaching out again to ask about the delay. This time, the excuse was that the clock needed to be replaced. Again, I waited another week. Finally, after multiple delays and a lot of frustration, I received the car. On the day I picked up the car, I didn't immediately notice that the automatic key wasn't working. When I realized the issue later that day, I promptly contacted the salesman to request a replacement. Since then, I’ve been waiting for over FIVE months. Every time I follow up, I'm met with yet another excuse, and this man, in particular, he has just stopped answering my messages and ignoring all contact. This is completely disrespectful! After he stopped responding to my messages, he finally answered the phone, which i had to call the Company's phone, he said he didn’t understand all the fuss about a replacement – ‘it’s just a key,’ were his exact words. What can you expect from someone with that attitude?" It's clear to me that the salesman has been trying to get by with excuses and avoid addressing the problems directly. The delays and lack of straightforward communication throughout the process were incredibly frustrating. I would caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice and ensure that they won't be left waiting with endless excuses.
