Recently got a new car with them and the experience has been outstanding. When I first went there, the car I wanted had been sold. Fergal checked their incoming stock and showed me a similar spec one that would come in the next week and allowed me to check the car. Later Suraj attended for me, explained the process and sorted out the documentation and payments. After that, there was an issue with the car registration, and that was taking a long time to sort out. I had told Andrew regarding the fact I had family over and was one of the reasons I needed a bigger car. He promptly sorted out a similar car for me to use while mine was getting ready, which was very customer focused. Delays happen and issues happen and how a business handles them is what matters and they handled this very well. When it’s time for my next car, will definitely be looking to do business here again!
Avoid this dealership if you’re a young buyer or working with a modest budget — you will be treated like you’re wasting their time. We went in excited to look at a Mini Cooper for my friend’s very first car, and left feeling completely deflated. The salesperson’s attitude was condescending from the start. When my friend mentioned a budget of around €13,000, the reaction was visibly dismissive — as if that amount wasn’t even worth their effort. For context, that’s a perfectly reasonable budget for a first car, and it’s frankly insulting to make a customer feel embarrassed about it. To make things worse, when we asked for a simple test drive, we were told we’d need to agree to ‘terms and conditions’ and shake hands first — language that made it sound like we were signing up to buy the car on the spot, not just test it. When we pushed for clarity, we didn’t get a straight answer. I have a family and have personally bought multiple cars in Ireland over the years, and I’ve never been treated this poorly anywhere. This dealership made what should have been an exciting milestone — a first car purchase — feel humiliating instead. Spend your money somewhere that actually wants your business.
Great experience from start to finish! Suraj made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and I was in and out faster than expected. Highly recommend this dealership and Suraj’s assistance!
I went with my son a few months ago to Naas Road Autos, and Suraj was very understanding and extremely helpful and got us exactly the i20 we were hoping for. This is why I came back and bought just as nice a Kona from them yesterday. The cars were fully serviced and with NCTs. A big thank you to Suraj, and also to Leigh and Alex. More than happy to recommend!
Buying my new car from NAAS Road Autos has genuinely been the best car buying experience I’ve had in Ireland. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Andrew and Suraj took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car, and their knowledge and honesty made the whole process stress free. What impressed me most was the quality of the cars and the care they put into preparing them. My car was fully serviced, checked, and spotless before it left the garage, giving me complete confidence in my purchase. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for exceptional service, genuine people, and top‑quality cars, this is the place to go.
