Terrible customer service. Similar to a recent review i read. We were due a baby at the time of buying. The sales man sold us the car, with a deposit taken, only to be told the day before collection that it was already sold. When we inquired about other cars we had originally been looking at, the sales man dismissed me and told me he didn't have time to get back to me on them. A stressful and disappointing experience, i would certainly not recommend buying from them.

Very poor sales department I was interested in a vehicle and called them in relation to trading my own car. The sales individual told me to forward on photos of my car which I did and he said that he would get back to me with a price. He never even bothered to acknowledge my photos or tell me that their vehicle was sold a few days later.A simple text to put me in the picture would have sufficed ! A really poor subpar experience from a main dealer.In all my years dealing with various car dealerships I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I’ll be looking elsewhere now for my next car !

I took a €20k loan in mid 2023 to buy a nice car with a boot as I needed more space because of my 6 month old daughter at the time. Bought a 2015 Audi A3 saloon with 6 months warranty, brought the car down to the garage 3 times with a noise around the engine, and the mechanic said he didn’t know what the problem was. I had no money to fix the problem because I was paying back the loan. I finally saved enough money to fix this issue last week, flywheel was the problem. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here unless you buy it with a 6 months warranty and if the issue arises, leave the car in the garage until they fix it.
