Really disappointing customer service - the salesperson was hurried when we visited last Saturday and to all extents and purposes, seemed anxious to move on to the next customer. Fobbing us off, stated that she would value our trade-in car the next day we came in and arrange for a test drive and subsequently took our details and promised us a call back. Unfortunately, we never received any contact whatsoever. We have encountered completely the opposite visiting competitors and although Hyundai would have tentatively been our preferred choice, we will take our business elsewhere. Really disappointing
