Can't say enough about the quality service provided to me by Scott and Tom. I was apprehensive about buying an EV because I really didn't know too much about them. The team spent a lot of time explaining the workings and technology associated with EVs. Scott and Tom suggested that I spend the weekend thinking about it. There was never any pressure on me. At the end of soul searching and watching videos on YouTube I decided that an EV was right for me. I arranged to have a test drive. I discussed the trade in value of my existing car and was made a very good offer. While waiting for the car to arrive Tom and Scott were very helpful in advising me about getting a home charger. On the day I went to pick up the car Scott spent a lot of time showing me all the controls and explaining the technology. Since then I have had a number of questions and he has always had time to answer them. This is the second car I bought from Monaghan's and I have always been pleased with the service provided.
