Great service, lovely helpful staff, very organised and efficient, very experienced sales team. One visit was all it took both times I’ve negotiated a change of car. Delivered one car to me at work…. Collecting my new car once they open in January! Lovely bright spacious sales room and private offices. Very friendly reception staff. Couldn’t rate them highly enough! Explained all my options and projected plans.

Bought a "used" Volvo v40 car id use the term used very lightly because this car is immaculate inside and out , dealt with Aaron went above and beyond sat down had a chat when all the paperwork was being filled out offered tea and coffee couldn't ask for much more also Ken when organising finance was brilliant any complicated questions made very easy , peace of mind buying a car hassle free I wouldn't look any further than Micheal Moore this my second time to get a car through Micheal Moores.

I was charged €300 for a “diagnostic report” that I never actually received. Instead, they only added a short and incomplete recommendation on the invoice, which did not explain anything properly. When I tried to ask for clarification, the staff were rude and unprofessional, even yelling over the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service — no transparency, no respect, and no accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. There are plenty of honest, professional mechanics elsewhere who treat customers properly

I tried to buy a car off this garage twice over the space of a few years which both fell short of anything positive to say. Latest one was couple of weeks a go. Enquired about a car and was to get a call back from the saleman. Never got one so text to see, then got a text back offering me an extremly poor trade in price on my own car. When I asked why it was so poor I was told it was because the car was too old and they would have to sell it to the trade.Turns out they were selling the same spec car and age as mine but with 70k milage more than mine for 10k more than they offered me on trade in. Wont be ever going back there again but im sure they will survive
