I would strongly advise avoiding them. My experience with the service department, particularly with supervisor Liam was extremely disappointing. His conduct was unprofessional and discourteous to the extent that I felt compelled to submit a formal complaint to Volkswagen Ireland. On multiple occasions, service tasks were not completed as agreed and when these issues were raised the response was defensive and at times, confrontational. Overall, I found the department consistently failed to meet its commitments to customers and did not provide the level of service one would reasonably expect.

Great service, lovely helpful staff, very organised and efficient, very experienced sales team. One visit was all it took both times I’ve negotiated a change of car. Delivered one car to me at work…. Collecting my new car once they open in January! Lovely bright spacious sales room and private offices. Very friendly reception staff. Couldn’t rate them highly enough!
