We recently traded in a suv for a newer suv and we were dealing with Juan throughout the whole process. We found him extremely professional, courteous, helpful and friendly to deal with. At no time did he get frustrated with my (constant) queries and he kept in contact with me by phone, email and text. He is a great asset to have working for MSL. As for MSL themselves they are a great motor company, very professional indeed.
