I was able to find and purchase a car I liked from them within 24 hours, which was fantastic. Following the purchase, I encountered a minor issue with the car. Jer & Co. promptly took the car back, provided me with a replacement vehicle for a couple of days, and had their mechanic fix the problem. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, I wholeheartedly recommend Jer & Co. Their excellent service and quick resolution of the issue were truly impressive. I have recommended them to a family member who is considering purchasing their first car.

Brought a 2009 mini cooper only back in July 2225 they told me they have got Aircon regassed but I only had done at local garage now is cold I payed £500 extra for a 2 year warranty I'm still waiting for the warranty car is blowing blue smoke they basically called me a liar they don't respond to emails I paid£4300 cash will never buy from them again they had full payment and at to wait 2 weeks for car I'm from Coventry

Dealt with Jer who was exceptionally pleasant - and as others have mentioned - no pressure! They gave me a fair deal trade in on my car when I bought an F-Type from them about two months ago. I'd do business with them again. Update! I had an issue with the car that showed up on a Jaguar service and went back to Lambe & O'Connor and they fixed it free of charge AND - wait for this - I didn't ask them but they replaced the spark plugs free of charge which Jaguar were going to charge me over €500 for. Wow - how nice was that? Definitely recommend them!!

A very very late review but prob just as well. Years have passed, 5 years infact since I bought my second hand my car from these guys and have to say, I've had absolutely no trouble with my car since day one. They promised a good car and that's exactly what I got! The lads were very professional and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable dealing with them and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this dealership.
