Sold me a car which was NOT as described. Payed 17k. Bad brakes, patched bodywork, dodgy steering rack, not serviced, worn front tyres, wipers scratching the screen, dents and scratches hidden with touch up paint, air con not working, and the cherry on the cake? The car was crash repaired. Then wouldn’t honour the warranty. Scammers and cowboys. I offered many resolutions, replacement like for like, then even offered to take a cheaper car just to get rid of the one they sold me, but every time there was an excuse. Liars, utter liars. To date the car has cost me 4k in repairs, I’ve just traded it in with a reputable dealer and received 3k for it only 14 months after paying 17k. Buyers beware, steer well clear, their stock is over priced, shop around and buy from a reputable dealer, which these cowboys aren’t.

I was able to find and purchase a car I liked from them within 24 hours, which was fantastic. Following the purchase, I encountered a minor issue with the car. Jer & Co. promptly took the car back, provided me with a replacement vehicle for a couple of days, and had their mechanic fix the problem. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, I wholeheartedly recommend Jer & Co. Their excellent service and quick resolution of the issue were truly impressive. I have recommended them to a family member who is considering purchasing their first car.

A very very late review but prob just as well. Years have passed, 5 years infact since I bought my second hand my car from these guys and have to say, I've had absolutely no trouble with my car since day one. They promised a good car and that's exactly what I got! The lads were very professional and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable dealing with them and would highly recommend them to anyone considering this dealership.
