From the very first interaction, the girl in the office was friendly, professional, and really helpful—she made the whole process easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the video sent from the workshop explaining the work carried out. It was clear, transparent, and reassuring to actually see what was being done to the car. Overall, excellent customer service, great communication, and a very modern approach. Highly recommended. ⚡🚗

At Laharts at Kilkenny, Mr Eddie Cross and I think (Rachel @ services: she loves her fashion and makeup, sorry if it’s the incorrect name) are to be commended. They are great people to deal with. I cannot recommend the two of them enough.

Laharts are a joy to deal with. Ward, in particular is so focused on customer experience and as someone who doesn’t know much about cars - I felt confident, relaxed and that I was genuinely getting the best deal. Five star ⭐ experience

I left my car in yesterday for it's first service. Fantastic communication throughout from Sarah G in the service dept. A most friendly and professional lady to deal with. Loved the video sent from the workshop re all parts/areas that were checked over! Complementary car wash, nice touch! Well done and thank you to all in Laharts, especially Sarah. 5 🌟's
