My car was brought to Johnson & Perrott for a warranty repair, and the car was returned to me in an unacceptable condition. The middle rear seat leather was damaged, there were brown stains on the front and rear passenger seats, and the sound-deadening foam was removed but not replaced, with the service centre saying they didn’t have the part. I was also told to wipe the seats myself, which is completely inappropriate given the state they were returned in. These issues reflect damage and incomplete work, not something a valet or quick clean could fix, although that would have been the minimum expectation. I’ve had to escalate the matter through Polestar Customer Support and am still awaiting proper resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Johnson & Perrott.

I didn’t buy from them, but called in when we had trouble with our Polestar on the way to West Cork. They were excellent, really helpful. It’s always nice to engage with nice people, thanks for the help Seamus.

I get my car serviced here occasionally for no other reason than to get a main dealer health check and a computer update (if necessary) . However on the most recent service they missed an obvious oil leak on top of the engine and got quite shirty when I pointed this out to them. At €440 for a basic oil and filter service, I expected better.

Bought my S90 2018 2 years ago so now I can give an accurate review. The process was so easy and Ian gave me a great deal and a great car which hasn't caused any issues beyond normal wear and tear. The service department are very informative and the mechanics take great care. The parts department are amazing, they spend the time giving their advice and to help you out. Nothing is too much for them. All in all, what amazed me was that the treatment I recieved after the purchase matched the treatment before. They are an excellent team and I hope at the end of 2026 to go back for an XC90.

From my first phone call with Seamus he was nothing but helpful. When we arrived to see the car myself and all my family (arrived with wife and 4 kids) everyone made us extremely welcome. Buying from here was a no brainer. Thanks to everyone!
