Pretty typical, outrageously priced main dealership, with no hint of customer service. Pay the whopping €400+ for a basic service and didn't even top up adblue. Warning light came on next day.

"I cannot recommend Johnson & Perrott highly enough! This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Sean is an amazing guy – he looked after everything from day one and made the whole process seamless. The gentleman in the finance department was also incredibly kind and professional; a truly genuine person. Updated based on your request for information. I am more than happy to explain. You made the decision to no longer represent CUPRA, yet there was no communication to your existing CUPRA customers. As someone who purchased two vehicles from you, I received zero information regarding what this change meant for service plans or the commitments that were given at the time of purchase. I had to personally contact the sales representative, who is excellent, but there was no formal communication from your business explaining what any of this meant for your customers. This has been handled extremely poorly.

Well done to all the staff,great experience I had…friendly polite staff,drop off my car in the morning,lovely lady checked it in and told me,she would ring when it was done,show room was full of the latest models of cars,there is a area for waiting with free tea and coffee..so thank you to all the staff in Ford Johnson and perrott
