Let me share my experience and feedback: Appointment: Good! 😊 Quotation for service: Good!😊 Customer service: Excellent! Delivery time: One day delayed but it's okay! Replacement vehicle: Yes, provided! Satisfaction: Bad 😞😞😞 I apologize for writing this here, but I wanted to provide feedback to help improve your services in the future. Recently, I brought my VW ID.4 in for a software upgrade and to address a recurring issue (Error drive system: Please Visit Workshop) that has been present since I purchased the car in 2021. I understand that the software upgrade took an extra day to complete, which was agreed upon in advance. When I picked up the car, I confirmed with the service technician that the error would not occur again, and he assured me that it wouldn't happen for at least the next two years. However, shortly after leaving the dealership and driving near the airport, the same error message appeared on the display, causing me to panic and pull over. I contacted the dealership and spoke to the service engineer, who agreed to arrange for the error to be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, nothing happened after that. Additionally, the rear camera was not upgraded, and it was not working properly, which left me feeling extremely disappointed. The dealership informed me that they could not fix the rear camera and that I would need to take a day off to have it fixed elsewhere. I was frustrated that they did not inform me of this before returning the car to me, especially after testing it. Would be happy if the corresponding team sort this out please. In the event that this error continues to occur, my next course of action would be to sell the car. And a Big No to Volkswagen in my life.

Was looking at buying a 211 Passat for 37900. The rep Bart was really arrogant and cocky from the start. He refused to do anything on the price, wouldn't even ask the manager. The 2 year warranty was additional 550e. After a lot of haggling they dropped 250e off the price of the warranty. That evening I rang again and he said they would take another 200 off the warranty, still nothing off the price of the car. I rang the next day to go ahead and suddenly Bart told me I was hearing things the day previous and that he wasn't taken the 200e off the price, and was just the first 250e. I asked about a loaner car for 3/4 days while waiting to pick it up as my car was sold, instant no. Asked about changing black rims to silver ones, instant no. Zero customer obsession and not willing to do anything to help the customer at all. That same car is still for sale and price has been reduced twice by 2500 to 35400. If he had thrown in the 2 year warranty for free for me, I would have bought the car and they would be 2k better off than they are now. Ended up going to Western Motors in Galway, fantastic customer service, bought a 222 Passat, almost identical spec, a fifth of the milage for 300 more than what Duffy's wanted, and 2 year warranty included. Avoid Joe Duffy's, go to a garage with proper sales reps who know what they are talking about and are able to deal with, not some arrogant rep so does nothing to help the customer

Tried booking a service for my car the on the 30th of June for the 11th of July. Never got a call back to confirm. Called on the 10th of July to follow up and was told that I have to re-book for the 25th of July at the earliest. Booked for the 25th of July on the 11th. Didn't get a confirmation call, so followed up via email on the same day. Got a response back asking for more details the next day and provided the requested details. Never got response even after following up. Tried calling on the morning of 21st of July to follow up, no one answering calls at the service center. Decided to go elsewhere, terrible customer service.
