I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Highly recommended!
Bought an ID4 in JD about 6 months ago with 2 years of warranty + smart protection - I have to say all process was smooth - I'd like to thank Gavin Kelly for the excellent service, making sure all the things we agreed upon were addressed. I would def go back there for another car when the time comes since they earned my trust.
Do not buy a car off these people. I bought a 2021 T-Cross car from them brand new. After three years of driving the EPC went causing engine malfunction and they refused to fix or even diagnose without charging me in full as they told me the warranty is up after three years. The service guy I spoke to was exceptionally rude. After speaking to the consumer protection commission they told me an engine is warranted longer than three years and statute of limitations and consumer rights overrides the warranty when it comes to an engine and advices me to seek legal advice which is what I am in the process of doing.
The service is not at the level of the car prices. I came for a service but they have disabled my camera and I had to come back for them to fix it. I took an appointment few weeks before and they called me 2 days before to say that they don't have the replacement car. When I said to them I wasn't happy they just didn't care. The car wasn't even washed and cleaned after the service. UPDATE: Despite the reply from VW below, nobody has been in contact with me. I have no idea who is this Brian. After 1.5 month VW have disabled my camera they realized they couldn't fix it and I sm now waiting for a call back to get a date for the provider to fix it. Is it really the kind of service you would expect when buying an expensive car??
If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Extremely poor customer service. You have to chase them even though you are the one purchasing the car. We were shown the wrong car at a completely different price, then offered an alternative - then after me having to chase them was told the car couldn’t be secured. They knew this information but no phone calls or emails to tell me this. They don’t have any consideration for how much customers are spending or to even communicate with them. They didn’t even have to decency to call me back after a message was left / emails wondering where the car was. Don’t waste your time. We will be going to a completely different dealership. Such unprofessionalism. We have now been left with no new car. It was a mess from the very start.
