I recently had my car serviced at Joe Duffy, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Highly recommended!
I bought a car on 08/16, paid the initial deposit, and when it was on 08/19 I paid the total difference for the car. At the time of sale I was informed by the salesman Tom that I could collect the car on Friday, 22/08. When it was on Thursday, I called to confirm the collection and was informed that the car would not be ready, and they gave me a new date which was 08/26. Today would be the day of the collection and I was informed that I was unable to collect the car, as the services had not yet been implemented, which is absurd, as I changed my current car insurance to the new car, and now I have no coverage for my old car. And the worst part of all this is that I sent an email to Kevin, Tom and another salesperson and simply haven't received a response from anyone so far. My husband is calling every day to find out, and so far we don't have an estimate. I'm about to give up on this purchase, and get my money back, because I've never been treated so poorly before.
Bought an ID4 in JD about 6 months ago with 2 years of warranty + smart protection - I have to say all process was smooth - I'd like to thank Gavin Kelly for the excellent service, making sure all the things we agreed upon were addressed. I would def go back there for another car when the time comes since they earned my trust.
Do not buy a car off these people. I bought a 2021 T-Cross car from them brand new. After three years of driving the EPC went causing engine malfunction and they refused to fix or even diagnose without charging me in full as they told me the warranty is up after three years. The service guy I spoke to was exceptionally rude. After speaking to the consumer protection commission they told me an engine is warranted longer than three years and statute of limitations and consumer rights overrides the warranty when it comes to an engine and advices me to seek legal advice which is what I am in the process of doing.
Worst dealership experience ever. Zero stars. Do not recommend to anyone! Bought 222 “Approved Used” ID4 on 05/02/2025 was told it is checked, serviced and ready to go after valeting. On the way home after purchase, GPS and cruise control was not working. Contacted VW and was told to wait 1 month till car can be inspected. After complaining, car was taken back for repair. Two and a half weeks later got notified that car is fixed. On the way home discovered same issue with GPS and additional problems with car. My refund request was denied, and all I got was promises that car will be fixed. Left the car for repair month ago, still no estimated date of repair completion. All communication by email is being ignored.
