From the moment I booked my appointment, the process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the outstanding customer service team and management. The service was completed on time, and as a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary wash and vacuum that left my car looking and feeling like new. Special thanks to Brian, the manager, for his professionalism and attention to detail, and to the lady Kiera (I'm sorry If i misspelled the name), whose friendly demeanor and helpfulness made the experience even better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at Joe Duffy and highly recommend them for their exceptional customer care and thorough service. Kudos to the entire team for a job well done! Parts department over the phone are consistently unpleasant to deal with. Little to no manners on multiple occasions, and a blunt “I don’t give out part numbers” when asked for by a customer of the VW brand. If you’re looking for anything from them, look elsewhere.

I have to say the customer service is non existent, I rang to arrange an appointment with a view to changing my car . I was told I’d receive a call back , never happened . I rang again twice last week and was told exactly the same again . JD VW , should really be better than this .. 1 star because I can’t give 0
