We bought our car in for oil change at 8am appointment its 12 and they can't find the car and the health report what a joke

I went in and asked for a petrol hybrid, downplayed the whole hybrid idea, then said we have one or two and can move stock from other branches. Spent over 30 minutes or so selling a t-roc (8k over my budget) to me and only for I checked it was not a hybrid, his attitude turned, I said we didn’t have much, and I thought you said petrol or hybrid and to me his tone took a nasty turn (even down to not letting me take the estimate sheet home) He spent most of the test drive fixing his hair or tie and upselling scratch protection and many many addons with the implementation of being free (over 1k plus), all the while I agreed as I was nervous driving the car, also taking about being my and everyone I know car person and building his brand etc (I thought for a minute I was on the apprentice) I don’t think it’s a good look for a salesperson to be bragging about paying 500-600 about going over to see Liverpool play while trying to push a 28k car onto someone Two phone calls after me saying no to a petrol and the sales person saying no petrol hybrid, proof they dont listen

Bought another car from Jake in Joe Duffy Navan. From start to finish the experience could not have been better. Would highly recommend this dealership for Volkswagen. I do not live in the Royal County and my two local Volkswagen dealerships where not as helpful or as competitive as Jake in Navan. Despite supply chain problems, 10 Stars if it was possible.
