Trying to ring for parts multiple times over the day, the phone doesn't get answered. So I ring the sales of course it gets answered.. I got told there are 6 people and all are busy but the man on the phone will leave a message so I would get a call back the same day .. which didn't happen the next day the same story .. never buy a BMW again all you get is a waste of your time and a high bill on top .. cheers lads

Excellent service. Professional team. Resolved my issue at no extra cost after service. Reasonable pricing on service and brake fluid top up. Did complementary vacuum snd exterior wash. Returned call when left message. Overall very much satisfied . Thanks team Joe Duffy.

Staff were very helpful, what a range of bikes, absolutely beautiful machines ! Used and brand new bikes inside, also a small range of riding or race gear would have been cool to see more of this but obviously this is not their main trade! Some helemts , racing leathers , tops and trousers .Prices are reasonable for a dealership but BMW is an expensive brand for a reason, as is with motorbikes. Will definitely be back in the future hopefully for a purchase.

On a tour from Scotland bike started malfunctioning, took bike ro joe duffy as under warranty. Patrick was quick to address the situation and they kept my bike overnight due to risk of theft in the city. Patrick and the boys are on point and I would have them as my bmw dealer any day of the week. Thanks patrick

I bought a R1250GS a few years ago and recently bought a R1300GS. Both times I dealt with Patrick who is very knowledgeable and straight forward to deal with. Lukasz on the service desk is also a top man. Just had the first service on the 1300 and was well looked after by Sylvester. The 1250 is a great motorcycle. The 1300 is an absolutely superb machine. I ride it with a big smile on my face 😊
