I bought a R1250GS a few years ago and recently bought a R1300GS. Both times I dealt with Patrick who is very knowledgeable and straight forward to deal with. Lukasz on the service desk is also a top man. Just had the first service on the 1300 and was well looked after by Sylvester. The 1250 is a great motorcycle. The 1300 is an absolutely superb machine. I ride it with a big smile on my face 😊

My experience with Joe Duffy’s in Dublin has been nothing short of excellent. Eoghan Redmond with whom I dealt with went above and beyond for me. I’m extremely happy with my new car and I would highly recommend this place and to look for this man when going there. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again to Eoghan & Team.

I called into this dealership to buy a bmw r1250gs. I walked in the doors said good morning, 2 guys, probably surfing the Internet, but I received no response. Had to ask for the guy who advertises his name on the bike walk-arounds he seemed surprised I was actually there to buy a bike, and my questions to him regarding bikes seemed way out of his league/knowledge? Made an offer on a bike, and it seemed like what are you doing?? Gave my details and was promised a call back, which I never received?? The next day, I went on their website and reserved the bike that I made the offer on, in the hope that I would get a call back on it? I got a call from another guy a day later telling me there were 3 other guys looking at the bike, so what? This sales guy had zero interest in selling bikes? He had zero customer service skills from what I was listening to, I had been told by other bikers to stay away from this dealership, but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, everything I was told was true. I would not recommend this dealership, nor would I ever go inside their door again. Arrogance at the highest level. BMW standards definitely NOT!, All a front from these guys I encountered they both had zero customer service skills.

Dealt with Patrick, head of sales, just so professional and loves his job. That's the reason you buy a Bmw bike and keep returning to this great dealership. Well done to all the lads, service sales after care. Looking forward to the new bike, in Jan 2025.
