My 2011 mini broke down travelling through Dublin recently and was towed to a towing garage. I called countless mechanics trying to get help and none of them were any help and too busy to even discuss the issue in any detail, some said it's probably not worth fixing! I called Joe Duffy and spoke to a mechanic called Bobby and he was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and gave me the time on the phone to really cover everything. Really brilliant customer service from his end. Other mechanics I spoke to made me believe it was a head gasket failure and the repair was going to cost more than the car, but Bobby assured me how unlikely it was and that the issue wasn't going to be as bad or expensive as previous mechanics were saying. He told me what he thinks the issue is and gained my trust to have the car sent to him and sure enough his initial diagnosis was bang on and he sorted the issue. They even took the car to store it for a couple weeks until they could actually work on it which saved me paying hundreds to the tow garage. They even washed and hoovered the car before giving it back to me. Really fantastic service.

Bought a new mini from Joe Duffy. Andrew help us a lot and always patient and knowledgable about all questions we ask. There is no doubt that we can not be so happy with the new car without his help! Really appreciate of that. He is the whole reason we went from the competitor to Joe Duffy!

Can't believe this gorgeous MINI is now ours. It's got a load of extras, so much fun to drive and very affordable compared to everything else out there. Huge thanks to Ben, Amanda, Andrew and the team at Joe Duffy MINI in Charlestown. From our first visit to after we drove away, the team was focused on making sure we had a great experience and that we went away happy. No issue can't be sorted. If you've never thought of a MINI, give it a try, it's so much fun. Pay Ben and team a visit; you'll be well treated and looked after

Absolutely appalled with the level of customer service which I received. I was charged above the odds for sub standard work on my mini. When I got a 3rd party mechanic to review the job, I was told that it was bad workmanship and they had essentially taken a hammer to my car. Not to mention that I was treated like an idiot and that I didn't understand what I was talking about. The service advisor clearly has zero tolerance for dealing with the public. Highly rude and unapologetic when confronted about the fact that they had damaged the wishbone bushing that I had just paid them a ridiculous amount to replace. Also rang in today regarding a warning light that I have on my dashboard. I told them exactly what the light and issue was however I was told that I have to pay 120 for a diagnostic check before they would even look at the problem. Daylight robbery!!

Very poor and negligent customer service from Joe Duffy Mini, made me feel like they are doing you a favour. Long story short- I went to their competitor, was pleasantly served there so I bought my new car from them.
