I would like to praise the Joe Duffy Mazda service for their professional service. Everything can be arranged to the customer’s satisfaction, with excellent customer support. I would especially like to highlight the employee Aleks, who is a true gentleman and who resolved a small misunderstanding to the customer’s satisfaction and this truly sets an example of an excellent customer service. Overall, an excellent experience from an official car service.

For the first time after years of service at another dealership, I brought my CX5 at Joe Duffy. They have apparently experience with frustrated former customers of such other dealership and instead of taking advantage of this, they go the extra mile and take the frustration in their own hands. Simon in particular took care of a long standing issue with my car and reminded me of the difference between customer service and customer care. Will be going there again.

I have serviced my Mazda in Joe Duffy and I have had the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. Matthew has been fantastic through the whole process, he is a credit to your company and a valued member of staff. He has been friendly, professional and extremely accommodating doing every he possibly could to help me from start to finish. Car valeting was just the cherry on top.

I was genuinely shocked this week when I brought my Mazda CX3 to get the yearly service done. One item on the bill was €115 for 'Investigation of an Oil Leak'. When I asked what the outcome of the investigation was they said ' yes, there's oil everywhere'. Fixing it would have been another €180 euro and parts would have been separately charged. Dividing service up into investigation, parts and repairs is a very thinly veiled extortion allowing them to charge exorbitantly for doing very little indeed. I've been o Joe Duffy customer for years and will definitely be bringing my business elsewhere.
