Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. We paid a €500 deposit for a Kia EV9 in August 2025 based on clear commitments: agreed price, 0% finance, and delivery in early January. We provided all details and trusted the dealership to follow through. From January onwards, communication was poor and reactive. We had to chase updates repeatedly, only to be told vague responses like “it’s in transit.” Months passed with no clarity. During this time, finance terms changed publicly, so we visited in person to confirm whether this would affect our agreement. We were clearly told it would not. Then suddenly on March 24th, we were told the car was ready. When we came in on March 25th to complete the purchase, everything had changed — higher price, finance now at 3.9%, and unbelievably, no finance application had even been started. This is completely unacceptable. After holding our deposit for months and giving repeated assurances, they simply walked away from the original deal. What’s worse is that when we specifically asked about these changes earlier, we were reassured nothing would be affected — which turned out to be completely untrue. To make matters worse, the manager’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, as if our time and commitment meant nothing. This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer respect. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this dealership. You are at risk if you are there! To the dealership , We got enough and please do not reply to this.. What you have done is unfair. To the public, think twice before you go there!

I got a second hand Kia a year ago from another dealer and chose Joe Duffy Kia to be my service center as I live nearby. Last year there was a recall on my car which I was able to get done here with no hassle and they even did a free health check as part of the recall work. The customer service was efficient and friendly. This week I had to do the annual service along with diagnostics of a mirror issue. Again the customer service was very friendly and the car was ready for collection after a few hours. Excellent experience so far and I would recommend this dealer. I have a warranty repair booked for March and fingers crossed for more of the same kind of experience. If all continues to go well with the car and the service I might consider a new Kia later this year.

I am very disappointed with my service experience. I booked the premium €436 service but called back the next day to downgrade to the basic €240 plan. I was assured this change was noted. Despite this, I was charged the full €436 premium price after less than 1.5 hours of work. Furthermore, I raised an issue with the back seatbelt sensor, but was told simply to "test it," leading me to doubt if any proper diagnostic work was done at all. This rushed service, compounded by the major error in billing, resulted in me paying nearly €450 for minimal work. When questioned, the only explanation for the extra cost was vaguely "more filters" versus "just an oil change." I received very poor value for money. Due to this significant billing error and the lack of diagnostic effort, I will not be returning to this dealership. Receptionist was very welcoming, however! **update as of 28/10/2025** The team have completely stopped replying to my emails. They offered a “free” brake fluid change which wasn’t included in the crazy €430 feed (€250 was for labour) and have said that they “don’t want to start removing parts off the car” as I requested a refunded between the overcharged amount (their internal mistake) and the cost of the agreed basic service plan (€240). Would not be returning here.

Very happy to say I 100% recommend Kia dealership in Airside! I have recently purchased a car and prior to that, I have been at many other dealerships in Dublin and not one has had the "time" for me to offer me the best deal these guys had, or any deal for that matter. Thanks to Gavin and his outstanding customer service, I was able to see how badly I was treated with other dealers. The guys really went the extra mile and worked out together the best deal based on my circumstances and can happily say I will be a regular customer there going forward! Thank you Gavin, Amanda and the team for all your help
