stay away far as possible. i paid 176 euros for a refill ac gaz. they said it was done when i got the car the AC wasn’t working so i came back there to check why they said the blower motor was broken. i took it to rad fix in lisbon galway they just refill it again and charged 150 euros now it is working. now i have lost my 176 euros but ill tell every one that you guys are a smart scams fixer, fraud.

Probably the best dealer/garage I've dealt with. Super professional and so helpful. Sean (repairs) was a pleasure to deal with and very very thorough. It's rare to get this amount of customer service especially from a garage nowadays. If some say they are pricey please go spend your money somewhere else and you won't be long seeing it was wasted. AVOID. My husband booked our car in for a service here along with our free recall. He was quoted €220 over the phone for the oil and filter service. On finishing said work, the garage rang with a total price of €420, almost double the price quoted and without any extra work having been carried out! When this was queried, the lad couldn't give us a clear reason that justified the difference in price. He tried to say that we wouldnt have been quoted that amount for a service; that price only included the "standard service" but not filters. So my question is what exactly does a service here include if not those basic service requirements?! When pushed further and asked for a break down of costs, we were met with more ramblings. At one stage, he tried to claim that because our car was older it needed different filters which cost more! And that with the different filters the total cost would total €360...so why try get us to pay €420?? As I'm writing this, we are none the wiser as to what exactly it is we were being charged the extra €200 for.. if not literally being conned! After explaining we would not be paying the extra €200 he quickly became rude and defensive, stating that he would take the filters out of the car! After more back and forth and probably understanding that we would not be backing down or be taken advantage of, he came up with a nonsensical 25% opel discount that would bring the price back down to the quoted €220.. in his words.. "seen as we were that badly off"!!!! The prices are totally made up and at the mercy of the person serving you. In our case, I firmly believe that the garage tried to cover the labor costs of our FREE recall. Again avoid this garage!
