Harford Motor Company set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Mark was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. As I was working from home, he helped me with the delivery of the car. They are also great with after sales service as NCT was due in the next 2 months but Mark promised me if the car fails in NCT they would cover the costs.
