I’ve taken my car to H & H Motors for servicing the last two times, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and always make you feel welcome. Had my 2 year old Renault Austral in for a service 33k kms, oil and filters changed. They gave me a 10% discount as it was taking longer to get diagnosed reading of a sensor fault. They said my auto cruse would be deactivated until they found the fault and to come back next morning with the car but when driving home the cruise control worked perfectly. Maybe the parts fault on their diagnostic equipment just needed to be wiped and reset . Anyway the car is running without any problem at the moment.

We were shopping around for a new car and called ahead to H&H to look at some options that were on their website and were told to come in and have a chat with them. When we arrived we walked the lot for almost 10 minutes with no one showing interest and when we went into the dealer it was the same, we finally caught John's eye and had a very rushed chat with him about options in stock and getting a value on our car. When we asked to take a car for a test drive we were told that he had no time, and no one else in the dealer did either, and to come back in 1-2 days. We took a key from him to sit into a car and see how it felt, and were told that he was too busy and to just drop it back on his desk. When we did none of the sales team meandering in the building even tried to stop us and convert us to a sale. Also a promise made of an email or call with valuation and details of the car we were looking at within a day, and still no contact effort 1 week later. Gladly took our money somewhere else that our time was valued
