Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against servicing your vehicle with this company. I recently had work done totaling over €2,500, only to have a similar issue reappear shortly afterward. When I contacted their service department, they flatly refused to even look at the issue unless I paid an additional diagnostic fee—despite the fact that the problem may be related to the original job. To make matters worse, the female service representative I spoke to was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Their attitude changes drastically once they’ve secured your payment. While they’re more than happy to be polite when taking your money, that courtesy vanishes the moment you call back with a concern. They take no responsibility for the quality of their work, and the level of disrespect I encountered was unacceptable. Management seriously needs to reevaluate how their staff communicate with customers—starting with that particular representative, who clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Absolutely would not recommend. Poor service, no accountability, and a deeply frustrating experience overall.
Our thanks to Bryan Hederman who took great care of our needs and understood what we wanted. It was a lovely experience, as in general I am not a car person, but Bryan was very patient and brought us through the change from manual to automatic driving with great ease. Thanks also to Ken who greeted us very warmly.
