All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was contacted to remind me a service was due and I got an appointment that suited my schedule the following week. I needed a lift to work and someone was waiting to bring me so I wasn’t delayed and I arrived on time. I received a call a couple of days after the service to check that everything was okay. This is so refreshing after the bad experiences I have had with another car dealership.

Having just bought my new car from Grandons , I have to give top marks to no.1 , sales executive Bryan Hederman , Fantastic care and attention to every detail of what I was looking for , his common sense approach and hilarious sense of humour, (Always look on the bright side !!) made the purchase experience "Just Terrific."100%!! Also to mention and include Ray Leahy the after sales manager there , he inspires confidence in dealing with this dealership with his input when I met him on the forecourt , Bryan also introduced me to Kevin , a guy who seems to be the computer whizz, he came over before I took off and helped to configure my phone to the car , his enthusiasm and tech knowledge with the New CHR Sol was so reassuring, Overall a great experience , well done and thanks 😊 😀 👍why not have the panoramic roof , takes the stress out of waiting for someone 😀 Fabulous !

I was supposed to be booked in but they couldn't find my booking and still managed to get my car in and had work done to my car all ready before time. My recent issue with my Toyota Corolla was handled excellently. It was a bit disappointing at first to find out that the tyre valve wouldn’t be covered by the Relax warranty, as I had sought to change the tyre before coming to Grandons. This was because it was the weekend, and I had a long trip planned for the following day when the issue arose.
