I recently bought a new Suzuki Swift from Frank Keane Drogheda, and I’m really happy with it. The car is exactly what I wanted — comfortable to drive and very fuel efficient. The service at Frank Keane Drogheda was excellent. Tyrone Delaney was especially helpful throughout the whole process. He was always quick to respond to my messages, even in the evenings and at weekends, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them!
I recently purchased a car with Frank Keane Motors under the Mobility Scheme. From start to finish both Colum & Conor we're extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Conor was very informative about the scheme and what was required, Colum kept in contact with me throughout & Stephanie in the Finance team made the application completely stress free. Great experience all round, thanks guys ☺️
Dealt with Conor trading in my car & upgrading to 232 Hyundai Tuscan . highly recommend Quick to respond friendly & never felt rushed or an inconvenience . Customer service brilliant having dealt with other businesses that I walked away from due to lack of communication. Staff all friendly & just shows how it translates from the top down something other biz should make note of. 1 Happy customer driving off with my motor 😊
Got my fab Suzuki Swift 1 year ago. Really happy with the sales team and everything arrived on time. Fast forward a year and first service today….. really happy with everything and service was grand, staff fab and a really great work station on premises for me to work from while I wait!! 10 out 10 guys!
Paid €120 for diagnostics on my Suzuki Swift for loss of power, shaking, and engine light issues. I was told no fault was found, despite the problem clearly existing. The exact same issue happened again 2 days after I collected my car from them after yet they refused to recheck it and said they couldn’t help because it’s a Japanese import. If they were unable to work on Japanese imports, this should have been made clear before charging. This exact issue (misfire) was fixed by a garage in Carrickmacross over a year ago. I don’t live there anymore so I had to find someone locally. Very disappointing service from an approved Suzuki dealer. Would not recommend. Waste of time and money I will never get back.
