I had an incredibly disappointing experience with BMW Frank Keane. they only seem to know how to replace parts, but they fail to diagnose the actual problem. It's unbelievable 🥲 I have spent a significant amount of money – 15,000 euros on BMW's warranty and an additional 4.5k of my own – yet, my car broke down several times in the M50. How is this even possible? To make matters worse, I requested a detailed list of all the parts that were replaced in my vehicle, but I was told that, since I haven't paid for the parts directly, they are unable to provide any receipts or documentation of the work done. The car is currently experiencing over 13 misfires. It's absolutely horrible. They didn’t even offer a courtesy car for the entire month. Not only that, but they consistently fail to keep their word, promising to call or confirm but never following through. I constantly have to chase after them. The level of attention and customer service has been very poor. I am deeply disappointed.
I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. David, the salesperson, was professional, patient, and really helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything clear and stress-free. After the purchase, Lukas took the time to explain all the features of the car in detail — he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Both David and Lukas were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!
The girls at the desk were lovely , a bit of a wait but very comfortable surroundings to wait in. Was also able to work from here while I was waiting on my car.
I visited this BMW service center recently for a diagnostic check. After dropping off my car, I received a call simply asking me to collect it—without any explanation of what the issue was or whether it could be fixed. When I arrived, I was told it might be an O2 sensor problem, but with no certainty. For a 150 diagnostic fee, I expected a more precise and confident assessment. Given the number of sensors in a modern BMW, I found it disappointing that they couldn't pinpoint the issue more accurately. Yes, my car has had an exhaust modification, but that doesn’t make it unfixable—I’ve been driving it without major issues until now. I later spent even more money elsewhere to replace the oxygen sensor, and that didn’t solve the problem either. Additionally, my car had a recall for the driver airbag (in the steering wheel), which they said they would fix for free. Since getting my car back, the steering has started making a noise that wasn’t there before. I brought it in for one issue and left with two. Not a great experience.
This is one of the worst post sales customer service chain in Ireland. I had two interactions with them. In first case, I had a door slightly scratched. First they charged me for inspection and then they gave me an overinflated quotation of 7.5 grand and that too they don’t do it themselves. They use an external body works shop which is much cheaper if you directly approach them. Rude management. The second interaction was last week when I had a broken mirror. The guy at the parts is extremely rude to talk to and least helpful. No transparency in what part is broken. Their default action to replace entire stuff/part with inflated cost and without inspection. They ask you to book inspection and pretend as if it’s a complex job. The guy told me to replace entire part without even a first look. Extremely sick money minded customer support and rude staff charging inflated costs. In first case I fixed my car for 2.5 grand. In second case the quotation was for 1200 euros which got fixed for 300 euros. Also if you’ve not purchased a car from them they don’t give you reserve vehicles. Extremely extremely worst post sales BMW customer service. Please do not deal with them. You can buy cheaper parts from bmw dealers and get it shipped in Ireland. Also do not service with them as they have no transparency in sharing information with you. Dishonest people
