Very friendly and amazing people. They always ready to offer any help and answer your questions. I have visited the showroom many times and almost all the time I was happy with the visit. Unfortunately, their Car Parts department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I am yet to do a service with them, but I have a feeling already that they would do well.

As I had a fault fixture with Mercedes last year, my experience with BMW is a comparison of that. Only free appointment was a 6 month wait, compared to two. No reminder text and no call back when I rang to find out protocol for the appointment in prep for being car-less. Rang again the morning of and was passed to someone who could tell me how long it would take etc (the whole day as the engine needed to fully cool, if I had known that I would have left the car the night before) I did get a call at 2pm saying work had started on the car and it would be ready by 5pm. Bmw did hoover out the car, can’t remember if Mercedes did or not. Staff all nice. Not an awful experience, just a few tweaks needed to be a good one!

I walked in today to get a quotation for road accident that my car was involved. The wing and bumper on driver side was damaged.I was speaking to the tall white hair bald guy and told me that only half bumper will be fixed but I know the bumper is fixed should be resprayed the whole bumper and not just one side and he just walked off saying we don’t want this job! Very rude and unprofessional staff!

Tight place to off load a car .. eircode sends you to the back of building ( no good)

Way too expensive. They reply the emails you send to them only when you escalate them because they are not replying. I got a kit part, a fuel filter, with a wrong part in it and it took them an eternity to take accountability of this error, this no solution other than refunding me, so now I need to source the genuine parts for my car, from another place because BMW doesn’t have the genuine part I need.
