I was absolutely delighted with my recent customer experience at Frank Keane Blackrock. From my very first touch point via their social media right through to driving away in my new vehicle, the service was outstanding. Nicole, Deane and Zubé were very professional, patient, thorough and skilled at assisting me to make the best choice for me. The made it their business to get to know me and my requirements. As a Director of Sales myself with a premium brand the standard I’d expect would be high and they certainly did not disappoint. They were in no way pushy or “salesy” and I always felt they were giving me honest advice as opposed to closing the deal. As I was moving to a fully electric car there was quite a bit of explaining for the team to do and the choice was complex enough with so many options on offer. The team made it all as simple and clear as possible for me responding to every request in a professional manner. They are extremely responsive on communication and very friendly throughout. It’s clear that the showroom is extremely busy but once you have an appointment you won’t feel rushed. The customer gifting on handover is a lovely touch. This is a very well run business and the staff deserve high praise for their customer service skills. I’d highly recommend Frank Keane if you are in the market for a new car and want a seamless stress free pleasant experience.

Made a booking - but never recorded I booked car in for service on 6 Feb and was given today 4 March. Dropped car in - waited 30 mins to find out they had no record of the booking. Staff were pleasant & respectful but very matter-of-fact about it. They rebooked me in. I'm OK with paying premium for good service - however this wasn't particularly good service. Apparently I should have gotten a text 2 days before - Inference I took was that I should have known better. I asked how I could feed back my experience directly to the company - the person directed me to the website but I couldn't find anything relating to giving servise related feedback - maybe I missed it.

First time using Keanes and they were truly good. Fast check in and out for a brake fluid service. Done in a few hours. Very friendly staff. Honest. Not pushy. No sales issues at all. Car cleaned and hoovered to a high standard so thank you. Great crowd there.

Flat tyre outside BMW Frank Keane Blackrock. (Driving a BMW i3). Phoned, spoke to Ciara - “drive into us now and we’ll take a look”. 5 minute wait and my HERO - Sean - from service dept. gave me an honest appraisal with options and importantly said…..”let’s check the quickest / least expensive option to get you back on the road asap”. Transpired it was a puncture, fixed immediately, and NO charge! Sean was SO pleasant and helpful. So impressed, I made an appt. for a full service before I left. 11 out of 10. So refreshing to meet people like Sean and Ciara…. a credit to the BMW dealership & brand. Thank you! 🙏

Collected my "approved used" car 2 weeks ago. Buying experience was very good, handover went smoothly. Beautifully prepared car. Shortly after noted an unexplainable intermittent problem with the heater. Got the car booked in promptly and service dept got it sorted, with part sourced & fitted next day & a loan car offered while it was being done. Excellent service experience. Easy to score high when all goes smoothly, it's how an organisation responds when there is a problem that really stress tests it. Very professional experience from Service Dept. Confidence restored.
