Picked up my new Ioniq 5 last Thursday. It was just as ordered and beautiful. Liam was excellent throughout the whole process, which was very quick from start to finish. Attentively answering all questions and patient when going through the Bluelink set up process with me. Very happy with the service and of course my new car.

Liam was great. He let us look at cars in our own no pushy sales. When we were done he answered our questions. Was always on hand if needed. Kept us informed of next steps . From start to finish our experience with Hyundai Naas has been excellent, absolutely nothing was an issue, they followed through on everything with professionalism and efficiency. I can honestly say, they are the best garage I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is exceptional, they kindly dropped my car to me, when some work was carried out on my car, a replacement was offered, and they organised collection and drop off, restores your faith in businesses to have such good service. Wonderful experience this week getting my car serviced. Very thorough and very efficient. Darren at the service desk was brilliant to deal with and kept me informed. My car came back washed and hoovered which was an added bonus. Highly recommend 👌
