I recently purchased a new Hyundai Kona Hybrid, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to Dean Maher. He explained all the details we were interested in and compared the PCP and HP options based on our budget (HP turned out to be much more favorable). The entire process of completing the paperwork and purchasing the car was surprisingly simple and transparent. Also, special thanks for the delivery to Blessington (at the time of purchase, we only had a learner's permit). Overall, thank you, guys, for your outstanding service!

I bought my Hyundai Kona at Fitzpatrick’s Garage Hyundai and had a really good experience. Dave was the person who helped me – he was straightforward, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly. The whole process went smoothly, and the car was ready on time. I felt well looked after and would definitely come back in the future if I need another car.

Hyundai Naas is such a great place for your first car! I recently won a competition with Oosch that resulted in me choosing a car of my choice for my very first car! I’m so happy i chose Hyundai as the car is top quality and the staff are more than helpful. Liam is such an amazing person and so friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend going here for any future car purchases.

This is yet another situation where the sales team is great, but the customer/vehicle service, especially under the new management, is absolutely terrible. Based on this experience alone, I would strongly advise against bringing your car here for service or even consider buying it from this place. I brought my car in for its annual service and to finally fix a two-year-old air conditioning issue. They "checked" it, found nothing, and sent me home, only for the A/C to die completely a few hours later (not joking). They also couldn't do a required firmware update (understandable, Hyundai servers were down) and told me to come back in a week. When I returned a week later, and lost a almost a full day of work waiting for the car to be serviced. I came back to find my car parked in the exact same spot, clearly untouched after six hours. When I asked what was going on, the staff were evasive until a manager met me at the door—it felt like being escorted out. He wordlessly handed me my keys and offered zero explanation or apology for wasting my entire day and doing absolutely nothing to the car. The contempt and indifference were staggering. So now I still have a broken A/C and a pending firmware recall to deal with. Zero stars

Had my Kona Serviced on June 23 , The service receptionist, was so polite and listened to what I had to say about when I needed car back as I do school pick up of grandchildren. My car was finished on time also delighted it was washed /hovered. Well done service Team . See you again for next service. GK
