My experience with FDR was excellent. I purchased a Ford Edge from Noreen & Stuart. Their professional and friendly service and continuous help made the process seamless. Thanks a million, Love my car :)
Recently bought a BMW at FDR and could not be happier with the service. Delt with Noreen and she was brilliant. Help me every step of the way which made it very easy and she arranged for the car to be delivered across the country to me. Would highly recommend and would be happy to return in the future. 5 stars all round.
Fantastic service whenI purchased my car from FDR cars, a couple of minor issues sorted super fast and always kept me upto date with service schedules and follow ups required. Will definitely be a repeat customer in the next couple of years.
I brought a bmw x5 last Friday 20th of June 2025 this was €53 000 worth of a jeep picked it up from FDR car sales left the garage at 6.05 pm was broken down 5 mins later on the side of the road rang the garage they sent out a mechanic ? Couldn't get the x5 to start told rang back the dealer told him to bring my car down and log book as i had traded in a 171 5 series bmw got my car back rang the finance company Monday morning to cancel the finance that went very easy but at no point from Friday to now has anybody contacted me from FDR CAR SALES to apologise or a explain what happened to the vehicle i think there customer care is a disgrace to be honest any company that treats there customers this way nobody should deal with them in my [ opinion ] I would have given no star's review if I could And the same blue color x5 is back up for sale again
I’m not one for leaving reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone to be as unfortunate and stuck as I have been. From day one of collecting an Audi a5 it’s been the worst experience ever, had a wheel left loose being held by one stud, then an engine light comes on as I’m nearly home, and a constant DPF warning because the DPF has been removed from the car, but they don’t care because according to them it will be less problems. They were helpful and took the car from me to fix the engine light… only took them 1/2 months to have it back to me because the intercooler went faulty while they were repairing the issue with the engine light. While the car was there with them I asked to have a look for a whining noise which is very clear, only to get in the car and the noise to be there, and Stewart to ring me and say “I heard it once while driving the car back to you but didn’t have it in me to say it to you because we’ve had the car for so long we just wanted you back in it”….. only 2 months later the car has a brake servo warning light. Which took them 2/3 weeks to try get someone near my area to look at the issue but everyone was too busy…, luckily one of the lads I work with was able to scan the fault and tell me what was wrong so I got the parts myself which in fairness they paid for. I have since done 15k km and got the car serviced, 2k km of that 15 was with them when the car was with them for months getting fixed. After the service I am told that there is an oil leak from the crankshaft seal and my rear brake discs are 100% worn.. you’d think that after 6/7 months of owning a car you bought with confidence that the brakes wouldn’t be completely worn out? And you’d think that your warranty would help you out in fixing the oil leak especially when they tell you “this warranty lets you bring the car to whoever does your mechanical / service work and we will cover the cost” first I told them about the leak they said they would do it for a cheaper price? and now they want me to drive the car up to them? Which unfortunately leaves me stuck with a large repair as I can not lose a whole day of work to bring the car to them in hopes that they fix the oil leak. I’m only writing this because I would hate for anyone to have to go through the s*** I’ve been through after buying a car you’re supposed to be confident in….
