Unreal Amazing Service - I first contacted Farrell Motors a few months back to schedule a service. Unfortunately, the following day I needed an emergency tow from Dublin City. Eamon was very obliging and told me to go directly to him, and thanks to the crew there, a gearbox fault (which was not correctly diagnosed by a previous garage who sent me on my merry way through Dublin) was identified. Following its recent rectification by a specialist, I again scheduled a full service with Farrell Motors two days ago. The world being what it is...well...last night the battery clapped out. Farrell Motors again obliged, and after a jump start, I dropped the car to them this morning, only expecting the battery to be replaced at such short notice to keep me going until we arranged a full service date. A pleasant surprise when I received a call this afternoon letting me know the full service and all works I requested were completed. I am utterly amazed by the service, professionalism, courteousness, and advice I have received. This includes some items that will need to be addressed—not urgent, but sound, solid, and honest advice. A true shining light of a crew, who have alleviated the stress I have been under with the car. Eamonn and his team are fantastic—really easy to deal with and always helpful. They’ve looked after a very old car for me and managed to bring it back to life more than once! Any issues I had were sorted quickly and professionally. I was given a quote in advance, and when it came time to pay, it actually worked out cheaper—a sign of real honesty and integrity.
