I came to look at an Audi A5 from 2013 and I didnt book an appointment but Edgar still found time in his day to show me the full car and let me test drive it, he explained everything that i needed to know about the car and answered all my questions I had for him. He found the best deal for me as well. Edgar really cares about customers and is very helpful and easy to deal with, you can have a very good laugh with him as well. The team at ED motors did a full NCT for my car, did the timing belt and water pump as requested and a full service. the car was also spotless and the team gave it a really good wash and a interior cleaning on the inside, when i picked up the car today it looked even better when I first saw it really good experience especially since this was my first car to be bought from a dealership. All the paperwork was done very quickly and without hassle. Honestly I wanted to thank Edgar and all the other members of the team for all the work they did for me and for the great experience they provided for me. My husband & I recently bought a 172 car off E & D motors, upgrading from a 2011 car. Communication with the company was very good from the 1st phone call to Eric. Edgar handled the sale of the car. He even met us in the liffey Valley, late in the evening for our convenience, when we went to view the car, as we were travelling from the west. Very professional, polite & we got a very fair price for my trade in. Paid a deposit etc and collected the car a few days later with new nct etc. Paperwork was completed swiftly. The car is beautiful! Edgar & the team made sure it had been freshly washed & the interior was spotless. Think there is a sensor gone on the park assist, which is something small but annoying after only having the car for little over a week , but saying that we would have no problem recommending E & D motors for your next car purchase. I've a rule of thumb when leaving a review when buying a car and it's to wait a month or two after doing so. Bought an X5 off Edgar. Nice man to deal with but the first issue was a delay with their paperwork which I was waiting close to a month for the car. Then there was an issue with the finance where they didn't clear the settlement for nearly 6 weeks which meant I was out money due to the change in settlement because of the interest. Then the jeep had to be returned for a turbo and other issues. When I got it back the two track control arms were left loose and at this sage I've no interest in getting in touch again. Many other minor issues such as toll charges ect. A review is worth alot and there's a certain point where there is a limit to the unforseen. This was 20% unforseen and 80% avoidable issues. All in all I'm roughly 1400e worse off and I know that turbo they replaced will be done again shortly too. Anyway I've passed all into my solicitor. Be wary when considering a purchase here lads that's my advice.
