I recently visited Darcys Motors for a fuel pump impeller recall, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any dealership. I arrived around 11:15 AM and was told the job would take about two hours. I was with my two-year-old twin toddlers, and as part of the recall instructions, I had to empty both the back seats and the boot, which is no small task when you have two car seats and a double buggy. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist went completely out of her way to help. She didn’t just allow me to leave the car seats at reception, she personally helped me carry them in, making sure I didn’t have to leave my children unattended even for a moment. That level of awareness and care is something you rarely see. While I planned to spend about two hours outside, I received a call around 12:15 PM saying the car was already ready, well ahead of schedule. When I returned around 1:15 PM (after feeding the kids), the service team was on lunch break, but even then, the support didn’t stop. A gentleman from the new car sales section kindly offered me a comfortable place to sit with my children. Once the service team returned, the same receptionist came straight to me, handed over the keys, and once again went above and beyond, helping me while I reinstalled the car seats and even keeping an eye on the kids. What stood out most was that this was a recall job, I wasn’t paying anything. Yet, I was treated with genuine care, kindness, and professionalism throughout. She was incredibly warm, even chatting about her own children and engaging with mine, which made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free I was so impressed that I’ve already decided I’ll be returning here for my next service, even though it’s about 45 km from where I live. That alone says everything. Exceptional people, exceptional service. Highly recommended

Excellent Honda dealer with outstanding service at point of sale. I dealt with Stephen and couldn’t be happier with the Civic I ended up buying. The car was delivered to my home in immaculate condition and is a pleasure to drive. I’ll go back to Des Darcy again when it’s time to buy a new/used car. I highly recommend them and they stock a large number of used cars.
We purchased a used car recently from this dealership, and worked with Mark. He was a true professional, no high pressure sales tactics which would have turned us off immediately. We spent several weeks deciding on the right car for us, and made it clear that we were looking at competitors products as well. Mark was courteous and professional. Before picking up the car that we chose for delivery, Mark said he had some work to do on it to make sure it was presented in tip top shape. They fixed some minor cosmetic issues and performed a complete valet. He reviewed all of the features of the car for us (there are many), and was pleasant to deal with through the entire process.
