My wife and I are pleased with the car we bought here. The first day after purchasing it, we discovered it needed a minor repair, but Donnacha took care of the problem and the car was ready for pickup three days later. Best regards.
If I could give a zero I would. I never went to the physical garage as the receptionist was so bad. She was rude, unhelpful and arrogant. IF you own this business your receptionist is costing you costumers. If I broke down on the road outside I would call a tow truck.
Ryan family have a very good reputation. It is a family run business and they always look after the customers. They are always pleasant, helpful, and more importantly, they know their cars. They have an excellent after sales service. They have a variety of new and second hand cars it’s always worth going in for a chat . Donnacha and Denis are both happy to help you in any way .
Utterly awful attitude over the phone. I and my wife were so amazed at her arrogance and bolshy attitude. For only the second time in my life I literally hung up on someone - in sheer frustration. Do not go here. My personal knowledge about the fault on my car was collected over a period of weeks, and told to go to a Citroen dealer as they had the necessary software for the onboard computer. All I wanted was for her to accept that I knew what I was talking about - but she refused to listen - instead offering up her own ridiculous suggestions - and then telling me to visit an auto electrician...WHAT??? What a nightmare!
I had a very bad experience here , the receptionist Margaret was very rude. I also got an unexpected bill for a job they supposedly did on the wheel of my brand new Citroen Picasso which I bought there , & which I never authorised them do !! I knew nothing about this alleged fault!! I had brought the car in as i had a problem with the automatic handbrake which wasn’t working! Despite the fact it was a new car!! Margaret argued with me over this bill & she was extremely rude, I didn’t feel i should pay for something i didn’t even know about or i wasn’t made aware of any problem or fault with the wheel!! I ended up paying for the alleged part that was needed which in hindsight I should’nt of done! Apart from all that I thought the Citroen Picasso is an awful car, it gave loads of trouble It would shake if you tried to go 120km on the motorway & the body of it was like plastic, it’s the worst car I ever had , so i wouldn’t go anywhere near this garage or a Citroen again
