Got my car serviced for a very reasonable price very through service and report of what steps to take at the next drop off replacing brake pads and discs etc. Very efficient and quick also. I was given a video of the service aswell which was very handy.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Alsford when purchasing my latest car. Having dealt with many dealerships and salespeople over the years, Matt stood out immediately as he listened to our needs, budget and never pushed us in one direction or another. He could not have been more helpful and empathetic and was able to answer every question, nothing was too small. He was constantly in touch and couldn't have made the big purchase of a new car smoother. Having dealt with other Ford garages, I would highly recommend just talking to Matt if you are considering your options with upgrading your car or buying new. My mum Bought a 242 new Kuga in July 2024. Had continuous decline in the electric battery when fully charged. Brought this to the dealers attention on numerous occasions and was not taken seriously. Finally spoke to the service department and they said they would reset the battery. I was only getting 30km on a 60km battery range at this point. On my way to the garage to have this reset on January 17th 2025 when the panoramic roof shattered and buckled spontaneously while driving. Nothing hit the glass. Customer service is atrocious. I don’t feel safe driving a defective car when fixed. They now want to take the courtesy car off me and give me a hire car instead. Still waiting for this to be resolved. It’s appalling how she has been treated.

I usually would steer clear of main dealers, with the age of my car and the conception of them being ridiculously expensive but this was the complete opposite, when I brought my car in for a service I was told I needed a lot of work done to my car accommodated w a video in strong detail which gave me a better understanding of car care. I would highly recommend anyone to go through Stephen in the service department as he went above and beyond for me and get me the best price as possible. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their car here my 2008 focus now feels like a 2016 one.
