Just picked up my Toyota C-HR from Morgan O' Reilly Absolutely delighted with the service. Morgan was more than helpful throughout the procedure. He gave a very competitive trade in and was very pleasant to deal with.

Have a Seat Ateca, under warranty (purchased in Galway) which developed a major fault, multiple warnings appearing on the dashboard. Brought it to Connollys Seat in Sligo. Did a diagnostic test on it and said its a computer or wiring issue. Would take several hours if not days to fix it. Would not provide a replacement car even though the ateca was under warranty. They advised that in order to get a replacement car, I have to drive it home and call Seat roadside assistance and they will provide the replacement car and tow the car back to the garage, even though the car is in the garage as they are telling me this. Did this, they had the car for 6 days and said when it was returned that they did a software update. Car worked for one day and all the warnings appeared again. Called the garage and they said we'd have to go through the whole process again of ringing Seat roadside assistance in order to get a replacement car while they investigated the fault. Absolutely ridiculous service. I rang Monaghans Seat in Galway (where car was purchased) and they drove a replacement car to Sligo for us and took the faulty Ateca back to investigate the fault. Turns out it was a fault with the gear changing mechanism and not a computer issue at all. When it was fixed they drove it back to us. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM CONNOLLYS IN SLIGO IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT.

I called this car store and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff member who answered the phone seemed disinterested in helping me and didn't appear to want to sell me a car at all. In fact, he was quite rude to me. I was hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it. I would not recommend this car store to anyone looking for a pleasant and helpful car-buying experience.

Great customer experience. Staff are very helpful and I had no problem seeing, selecting and eventually buying a 2020 Reg car from them. As you can see in the pics, they even managed to get a unique Registration number for my car which was completely unexpected by me . Thanks to everyone there. 👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
