Purchased a 3 year old car from Connolly's VW in Letterkenny, and Ryno was great to deal with. Fair negotiation and great price. A couple of minor issues needed to be addressed that I hadn't spotted. They were pointed out to me and fixed before handover. Also, another garage may have gotten away with replacing 2 of the tyres, when we picked the car up, all 4 were replaced. 12 month warranty too. I would usually buy cars from private sellers, however in this instance it's difficult to see how Connolly's could be beaten. Thanks to Ryno and the team at Connolly's VW

I recently had a great experience dealing with Ryno Jacobs at Connolly’s Letterkenny while purchasing a VW Tiguan. Being based in Dublin and dreading the 7 hour return journey to Letterkenny, however after a chat with Ryno, l was convinced to make the journey twice. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process relaxed and easy. Ruby was always quick to reply to any questions and kept communication clear throughout. Each time we spoke he was fully engaged and took the time to explain the various finance options in a straightforward way, which really helped us understand what would work best.
