Being based in Dublin and dreading the 7 hour return journey to Letterkenny, however after a chat with Ryno, l was convinced to make the journey twice. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole process relaxed and easy. Ruby was always quick to reply to any questions and kept communication clear throughout.
