What really stood out was her approach. There was no pressure at any stage, which made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. She provided great advice, answered all my questions clearly, and made everything very straightforward. I ended up buying the car just over a week, and Emily kept in excellent contact throughout, sending updates and making sure everything was smooth. She even delivered the car to me! I was very surprised by the number of positive reviews, and perhaps my experience was an isolated one. Unfortunately, what should have been a positive purchase turned out to be quite the opposite. I bought a Cupra in December after my previous car was stolen. I chose this dealership based on my husband’s excellent experience with Connolly Audi a few years ago; however, my own experience has been disappointing throughout. The car was initially meant to be transported by truck to Dublin, but instead it was driven down, resulting in additional, unnecessary mileage. It was also delivered during poor weather conditions and arrived dirty. Upon inspection, I found the interior to be in unacceptable condition — the manual for the car was covered in what appeared to be makeup residue, the passenger seat was stained, and the rear seatbelts had visible food residue as well as the front interior holders dirty. This raised concerns not only about cleanliness but also whether a proper safety check had been carried out. Additionally, the second key was not working, and although I was told a replacement pouch would be sent, I never received it. The day after receiving the car, I travelled away for a week. When I returned and had the car cleaned, I discovered a chip in the windscreen. Despite offering proof that I had been away, I was told this must have occurred while in my possession. The car also developed a strange noise shortly after purchase. Initially, I was told the car would be collected and driven back to Sligo for inspection and returned afterward, which would have added further mileage. When I raised concerns about this and requested a refund, arrangements were quickly made to have the car inspected locally instead. However, no confirmation was provided — I only discovered the appointment had been made by contacting the local dealer myself. There was also no follow-up after the inspection. I have spent months trying to resolve the issue with the windscreen. Two weeks ago, I was given the contact details of a local windscreen company, only to find that it is no longer in business. I have since emailed the dealership to inform them that I will proceed through my own insurance as not worth the stress of dealing with them, never received any response. Overall, the level of service and communication has been extremely poor. My husband is currently considering changing his car, but based on this experience, he will not return to this dealership.

Wow , what an amazing service from Connolly Cupra Sligo. Bought a car from the garage, and for me , my experience with them was excellent. Living in Cork, and saw a car that I liked. They were so easy to deal with. They even came to Cork with the car and took my car that I was trading in back up to Sligo. Didn’t know getting a new car was so easy. They were so professional to deal with. Colin Kearney in sales was brilliant to deal with. From sending videos of the car, and answering any questions at anytime that I had, I must say , he was great to deal with.
