they replaced the rear suspension beam, after replacing the tires they started to wear unevenly, I bought new tires and they adjusted them again they said it was fine now, after some time I saw that the tires were still wearing unevenly, I drove again without changing the tires and the rear ones were worn from the inside quite badly but the authorized service did more measurements and they said everything was fine, I don't know how it's possible that they didn't notice the worn tires. My advice is to avoid this service at all costs.

Excellent service from everyone at Connollys, very thorough gave a price up front and stuck to it. Philip and Mathew in the service dept, are great guys and explain everything thoroughly. I won't use anyone else now, thank you.

Phil Dunleavy showed exceptional professionalism during my recent visit to Connolly’s Sligo. He dealt with my issue efficiently and went to great lengths to resolve it. I am very content with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Atrocious customer service. Firstly, I spent four days trying to contact the garage by phone to book my car in for the work. I eventually had to contact the garage in Ballina to see if they could make contact with Sligo. My car has now been in the garage for a replacement part for the past five weeks. At no stage, has the garage proactively contacted me with an update on the repair work. I have had to chase up each time. I have been told so many different stories about ordering wrong parts, delays with parts being delivered, I don’t even know what work is/has been done by Connollys. I maintain my car in to a meticulous standard and expect quality service from a Mercedes dealership. Connolly’s is letting the MB brand down very badly. I cannot see myself ever purchasing a car from Connolly’s into the future. I am desperately disappointed and very dissatisfied.

Upon arrival at the dealership, the sales agent greeted us and insisted on evaluating our car first, even taking it for a test drive, which seemed unusual. We were left waiting in the cold car without the key. After his evaluation, we test-drove the car we were interested in, but the price was higher than advertised online, and the agent lacked basic knowledge about the car's specifications. Additionally, he was on the phone while accompanying us. Back at the dealership, we were made to wait again and felt unwelcome. The offer for our car was very low, with continuous attempts to depreciate its value. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would recommend avoiding this dealership.
