I found the salesman David Leonard extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything to us. He never rushed us, he helped us through the pros and cons of all our options, went for a test drive and helped us to finalise our decision. A lovely gentleman and an asset to Connolly Motors. My Dads Hyundai needed a recall fix, I got booked in very easily, the fix was done within 90 minutes and I was able to sit and do some work during my time waiting. Staff member Shane assisted me on the day and is an incredible asset to this company, he kept me updated at all times and was very friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you for everything.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my new electric car. Right from the first test drive the sales person, David was friendly, accommodating and very helpful. By the time we came back from the test drive he had paperwork ready, had looked into the grant for disabled drivers and could show me exactly how much the car would cost me in the end. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. He even got the small modification I needed done, tax sorted - all I had to do was pick up the car. The only slight difficulty I experienced was in obtaining the invoice after I had paid and collected the car. I needed the invoice to finish the grant application (which David had offered to do himself too but I chose to apply directly). I had to call a few times, and couldn't just speak to someone in accounts to be emailed the invoice which was a bit frustrating. However, staff were always really friendly and I got there in the end.
