I’m a long term customer of Conlans . As ever I’m delighted with the attention to detail that is evident there. I was met by a very efficient and friendly receptionist who directed me to the Service Dept. I had already registered online and had an idea of cost of my service in advance. I had booked a courtesy car which I was directed to which I put on my own insurance. While defrosting car an employee of Conlans came up and helped me defrost windscreen. Thank you. Later in Afternoon, I was contacted to say car was ready., I met Alison who explained everything that was done and recommendations made by service department. I paid , and collected my freshly washed and vacuumed car. The following day I received a video explaining the visual examination that had taken place., giving my car a clean bill of health. Thank you to all concerned.

First service on my new car and the "first experience" was well managed throughout the process. Good pre-service communication. Warm welcome at reception. Service staff were very attentive and car service plus handling of call-back item within 100 minutes. Pleased to be recognised by the salesman who sold me the car a year ago, David Donoher. He took time to talk with me, good personal service. Overall excellent service.
I am 40+ years dealing with this dealership at various locations and now under various management teams, I always enjoyed the family element of dealing at N Conlan’s made everyone feel special almost an old friend. Now I can feel the dealership’s new Ethos as it moves from family business to a cog in a larger wheel with a primary purpose of making numbers, that said the policies and procedures do deliver a smooth clear transaction, I like. Thankfully some of the old remain, staff remain friendly and courteous a smile a hello as they pass. I interacted with 2 of the team Lukas and Katie both were fantastic giving of their time freely, offering mobile numbers for easy contact and immediate replies to WhatsApp or email messages. Lukas when delivery of my car was delayed went above and beyond to magic up a loan car in the absence of a courtesy car being available, arranging for Katie to collect me 20 miles away and bring me to Enterprise where he had courtesy car waiting , Enterprise staff were also friendly, courteous and polite. On the day of handover Katie set all the Tech in the car running and ran through the features, as my first Ev advice on charging, driving styles, battery and car conditioning were all welcome. The learning curve has begun if you take motorways at 120kmh and primary roads at 80kmh your battery will only deliver 40% of factory advised 600km on a full charge. But with a little driver modification, you can relax and enjoy one of BMW’s ultimate driving Machines. I was impressed with how Lukas looked after me from start to finish and indeed beyond with follow up calls and messages, a fantastic buyer experience again experienced by me at N Conlan and Sons BMW Naas.
