My car was in for a part replacement recently and I couldn't have been happier with the service I relieved. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I was given a very nice hire car for the day, paid for by the garage, as the repair took a few hours to compete, and I was contacted promptly once it was. Throw in a free car wash and vacuuming as well, which is part of the service provided which was avery nice added bonus. All in all it was a fantastic customer experience and I would recommend them highly

Although there was a minor hiccup in communication at the beginning, the team quickly took charge and resolved it with professionalism and care. My car was serviced exactly as promised, completed within the expected timeframe, and returned in great condition. I want to give a special shout-out to James and Michelle from the service department, their warm and attentive approach really made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. Picked up my new 530E on Thursday and the service from start to finish was excellent. There was four of us heading to Cork and whilst I was getting the car handed over, they were treated to coffee and biscuits. Lukas performed the handover and he was terrific to deal with, very courteous, knowledgeable and set everything up with phone connection and BMW App. Highly recommended.
