Excellent Customer service from Bryan Gilmore. While Browsing online We spotted a nissan Leaf on cabra Cars website and from the inital communication with bryan he really went above and beyond. We received photos and videos within the hour. Everything was hassle free and all the questions were not an issue to Bryan. We travelled from Dublin to test drive the Nissan Leaf and from the inital communication we knew we wanted to buy from Cabra cars. The icing on the cake for us was Bryan arranged delivery to our home address. We would highly recommend Cabra Cars.

Looked at a 2022 ford Kuga online looked lovely in the pictures. After reading reviews and Talking with Bryan he assured me that car was in perfect condition absolutely immaculate in his words so I paid a substantial deposit with the balance to collect on delivery. The car was due nct but due to the backlog he suggested we book it ourselves and the warranty would cover anything if failed so no problem. The day before we discussed delivery time. I get the impression he was under pressure to catch a train he just wanted to drop the car and go but I needed time too look over the car. Day of delivery car turn up filthy dirty on the outside driver side passenger door scratched badly back bumper was tech screwed underneath and badly damaged. The car was green underneath.I suspect by leaving the car dirty and wanting to dash off upon delivery he didn't think I would see the damage. So I sent the car away I didn't want it he suggested I organise a panel beater myself and he would pay for it I said no so the delivery driver bought the car away. So after booking NCT my wife ordering number plates and paying her insurance in full we had no car. We were at the loss of number plates (our own fault) and at the loss of 50 for cancelling NCT and then had to cancel insurance.I rang Bryan and he issued a full refund plus the 50 we lost on NCT. Moral of the story don't trust a dealerships word for a car being in excellent condition even if it has only 40000 km on it. Extremely disappointed with the dealership completely bare faced lies. I have the video he sent me the day before delivery and I also took a video the day it arrived two complete different looking cars which I will be uploading to Facebook to show people. To say that I'm angry is an understatement

I cant recommend these guys enough, Bryan is absolutely fantastic to deal with and also Brian who delivered my car for me was such a lovely gentleman. I am beyond happy with my purchase and my choice to go to a dealer outside of Dublin. They are so professional and helpful and just do lovely to deal with. My purchase exceeded my expectations it is immaculate and incredible and shocked to see half a tank of diesel (in the time our country is going through at the moment I mean wow) I 100% recommend these guys 😊

Outstanding customer service. Professional with excellent communication. Bryan was so courteous and kind. The vehicle was delivered to my home which was very helpful as I do not live nearby. I would highly recommend them and would buy a vehicle from them again. 10 out of 10 and a gold star.
