I would like to thank CAB Ford and especially their service manager, John, for performing above all my expectations. I had bought a Ford from another dealership and took it to CAB Ford for what I thought was a small issue. John was very patient with me and extremely helpful in guiding me with what needed to be fixed and how to proceed because I had purchased the car for about a month. I can really confirm that my car was in good hands and thanks to CAB Ford and John, my car runs smoothly now. I am at peace when I have my car serviced at CAB Ford. I highly recommend them!

I brought my van down to joe duffy cab motors for a cvrt. They failed it on 4 items. That was fair enough. Off i go to rectify the problems to my mechanic whom ive used for years and trust. Booked the retest as we all know its inconvenient with the price getting time off work etc. So anyway they failed it the second time after me forking out 420 euros to my mechanic. I asked the supervisor to explain the fail, he said it was a split gaiter, i rang my mechanic and he was adamant that he fixed it, so here i am stuck in the middle losing money and time off work, to cut a long story short, i took my van for a new test somewhere else and it passed straight away and i never got the split gaiter fixed, it beggars the question, why did joe duffy cab motors fail me on a split gaiter and another cvrt company did NOT. All in all a very expensive experience and me for one will never darken joe duffys doors again!

reception woman is shocking! not sure how company is keeping her with such a poor and insulting attitude to customers. Never again!!
